I've always had luck going to sears for action figures. (: Every time I go to a store I always see a new fresh stock of Elites I just never have money with me at the time though. Most times I don't bother going back and buying them and just leave other times I ask my mom to buy one for me. Uh, why not just use a credit / debit card? Seriously, you have your mother buy you action figures? I love how every time this Max dude posts something, he tries to act like a know it all but then just sounds stupid in the end. How big of a dousche are you dude? If the kid is having his mother buy him something, he is obviously just that... a kid.

I Saw them in the Boys clothing area and near the cashiers in the boys section. They were literally scattered around the store too ill need to go back. i found a spinning rack with hornswoggle, gabriel, e16 rocks, and an e16 orton. didnt think they were spread out all over.

They had E14-15 but all commons bought nothing there. BUT I did stop by an out of the way TRU and picked up two Ultimate Warrior basics, Mark Henry elite and McGillicutty/Otunga 2 pack. Then I found an E16 Rock and basic TLC Barrett (Nexus) at Walmart! Nice haul in an area that I only went to because of Sears.

I bet the parents gave you dirty looks. lol

Same experience, two different Sears stores. The first had a rack in the Boys Clothing right amidst the shirts and pants and everything. The other Sears had the rack near one of their checkout kiosks in the children's clothing section. The first Sears was in a mall, the second Sears was a part of a shopping/eating type complex but the store was its own, separate building.

A couple more pics of the one found at mine, I rotated the stand around to show that it's on a swivel base and to hopefully give some context of where in the store to look:

I've tried going in twice and both time it looked like a train wreck with no good figures remaining.
