WCW version for sure as that is the look everyone remembers. Considering he would be an easy fig to make (black trunks is all he needs), they could easily throw in the world title and a WCW style sleeveless-shirt.

What torso should they use?
I imagine a lot of people will default to the HHH torso, but I'm not sure that's the way to go. Bill had a small waist with a tight but not wide core or lats. His size was all in his upper back, shoulders and traps(much like Sid). The lats on the HHH torso are too wide IMO.
If Mattel intends on making a Sid figure at some point, it may be worth it to make a new torso, but I don't think they will. I'd be curious to see what the new Elite Kofi torso would look like, but that chest might not look right for them. If the Elite Wade torso had bigger traps, it would be perfect.
