cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/ecw-sandman-wrestling-figure-2000-first-piece_W0QQitemZ140017958455 The final price of this- is the an out of control eBay auction or an approximate market value price? How much is the sandman worth loose? Cheers, Kreese

It's definately not worth that much. Both of the fighting bidders seem reputable with 20+/O- and 80+/0-, I'm guessing someone got caught up in the moment, or one of them is a shill bidder that's buddies with the seller.
Definately not worth that much-hell a case of 12 would probably run about 150

A friend of mine (eBay's ColoradoRocket) also sold a MOC Sandman for about that same amount two years ago. It is far more than I expected it to be worth. ====== Loose figures mostly sell for a third of MOC figures if complete and mint.

I have seen him MOC on there for less then $20 at times. I'm surprised it's that high.

If you look at what the winning bidder at the moment has won he's won a hardcore Hak figure, he might me a massive sandman fan.

It might also be a result of there not being a MOC Sandman on eBay for a while. Perhaps the bidder(s) have been looking for a month or so, and because this is the first one they've seen, they're under the impression that it is more rare than it really is.
Just an idea.
