I honestly don't know if I could pick just one favorite. It's a tie between Walking Dead, Dexter, Once Upon a Time, and Suits. If I was forced to pick one, I guess I'd go with Walking Dead with a slight edge over OUaT, but that could change as those seasons start back up again. Dexter had a great cliffhanger too though so I'm just stoked for Sunday Fall TV to be back period.
Honestly, Raw is like the only show that I watch that feels like a chore some times. I'm getting pretty much over it all together and it's frustrating. If I didn't have DVR I wouldn't watch it at all. So I guess that's my least favorite of the shows I watch haha.

Victorious, Jessie, iCarly, Good Luck Charlie-yes I know they're not generally aimed at my demographic,but I am entertained by them and I like Debby Ryan and Ariana Grande.
Least Favorite:
True Blood-this show is just awful in my opinion. I liked Season 1, but I haven't liked it since. I check it out in hopes it will get better, but I am disappointed every year.
Glee- I don't mind some of the collaborations, but the show itself I can't stand.

Favorite show at the moment is Sons of Anarchy. Don't really have a least favorite because I only watch shows I like, but if I picked my least favorite of shows I like, it would be The Office. Last season was below average.
