Heading to the weigh-ins here in awhile. Looking forward to this show even though it doesn't have great top-end star power.

Hallman vs. Tavares is was cancelled. Hallman was 7 pounds overweight and made a deal with Tavares where he said he'll get down to just 3 pounds overweight. Couldn't do it. Fight cancelled. Tavares will get show money.

Now Hallman is saying he was 2.5lbs over at the time of the weigh-ins, but now is having a personal issue that the UFC is helping him through.

That was an interestingly intense weigh-in. I enjoyed it a lot. Hope it transfers into the cage.
Had dinner with Jacob Volkmann tonight and he said he's feeling kind of nervous. I hope he pulls off the win.

Great stare-down... I didn't realize Browne was that tall(!). Bigfoot really needs a win here - I don't think he'll get it though.

Stephens vs. Edwards has been pulled from the card. Stephens was arrested earlier today.

i wish uyenoyama would throw constant punches like the diaz boys, but i like the arms wide daring harris to attack diaz style. i had it 10-9 uyenoyama, it was a close round, harris had 2 takedowns but did absolutely nothing with it except nearly get put in a triangle. and uyenoyama won the limited striking battle.

nunes looked a step faster for about 9 minutes of this fight so far, but i think palaszewski hurt his lead leg with those leg kicks late in that 2nd round. we'll see if it ends up meaning anything... 20-18 nunes.

30-27 diego nunes, very impressive. he got rocked early in that 3rd, battled through... and i think anik and florian missed him hurting his lead leg, which is why he was switching to southpaw at points in that 3rd round. and then he ended up knocking bart down again anyway. nicely done.

think that was a neck crank, but it was a tap regardless. nicely done by volkmann... the plan was pretty obvious, and roller did nothing to stop it.
