They banned people for GTA IV for being online the day before release. They've also been banning people this weekend who legitimately got their copies early. So as a precaution, I wouldn't risk it. Is that just Microsoft? I've had multiple games legitimately early on Nintendo and Sony systems and never got a ban. I wouldn't be surprised. Microsoft have been real dicks lately. |

The game has been awesome so far! The driving is just so much more smoother and the voice acting is just fantastic.
