I was driving down a dirt road exploring the wilderness and BAM a deer jumps out in front of me. So after i finish laughing my ass off, I slam on my breaks and go back to it to make sure it's dead and not in pain. God damn I love this game Pretty much the same thing happened to me today. Driving through a vineyard when a deer appeared out of nowhere and I mowed it down. I felt bad so went to check on it and to see if it was possible to drag it. I accidentally kicked it the face instead which made me feel twice as bad. I stood and looked at the stream nearby to reflect on the error of my ways then went on my way, later picking up a prostitute.

Finally got mine today, only got to second characters house part and will probably wait till tomorrow to fully explore and stuff but so far it looks great. One thing I don't like is the radio station changing, was easy to scroll through them before while driving, even did it during crucial missions in cars but struggling with it at moment. Still getting used to new controls as well but it seems awesome enough to pull through.

Yeah, a little thing like that goes a long way. The Michael mission, when you race his son on the bikes, I hit a railing, crashing and burning, and the cut scene after the race, I noticed, his knuckles, were bloody. Just helps add to the realism. Love too, how when you're not using a character, they keep going about their day. It's just cool to switch, and they're in the middle of either a conversation, or driving a car. Yeah, and as you're riding the bike he gets sweat stains on his shirt. Also, I found the first easter egg. I was watching one of the cinema movies, I forget the name but it was a weird black and white movie. Anyway, for any of you that explored the Statue of Happiness in IV and went inside of it to find a big beating heart with chains, there are a couple shots of that in this movie. I saw that. And I can't believe I watched that whole weird movie. I was riding a motorcycle in the mountains about 80 mph and hit a deer, and went flying, and landed in a river. Good times.

Not had a chance to play this game properly as my girlfriend keeps taking the controller off of me and starts driving around, haha!

I love that after a hard mission, instead of turning the game off to relax, I end up playing golf.
Immersive, open worlds are the best.

Man, they certainly have done Grove St. justice.
The FIB missions are awesome too. I haven't really gotten into too many of the side activities yet, probably will delve into them more after I finish the story, or start my second playthrough.
The graphics and little things that R* added are just amazing.

Won my first car race (Franklin), finished 3rd in a triathalon and won a tennis match with Mike. Also did a few missions. I'm loving this game already.

800 million dollars in one day. wow That's awesome. Was it a record breaker? I think so. It certainly has a head start on being the game fastest to reach 1 billion which is currently held by black ops 2 in 16 days (500 million first day)

I do like that Rockstar makes references to past games unlike GTAIV which seemed to try and forget anything happened before it. Theres some graffiti scattered all over Liberty City which refers to all the past protagonists and their deaths. Also, someone from Rockstar mentioned that GTA IV takes place in a different universe which is why there wouldn't be any mentions of past games. That's what I love about this. They don't act like its another universe. It even has characters from the "3D Universe" in it not to mention several nods to the 3D verse as well.

I liked when planning the first heist, they mention a "Eastern European guy in liberty city". I want CJ

Man, the reunion mission with Michael and Trevor is so good. Starts off pretty tense, and by the end, it's so damn funny.

So far one of my favorite things to do in my spare time on the game is to just run by someone and punch them in the face. It seems more satisfying in this game than in any of the others.

Just got to Trevor's introduction. I'm a big fan of the GTA IV DLC, so I think I'm in mourning for my 2nd favorite fictional MC.

Trevor definitely has some of the best lines in the game. Love when you're in the strip club getting a private dance, 'my mom was a stripper once,'

So I was driving through a parking lot, and two dudes were holding it up, and one was bitching about not having a getaway car, and they yelled at me to stop. So I did, and one of the two dudes was Packie from GTA IV. Pretty awesome
