I might end WWF 1996 due to lack of response. Would hurt because of how many plans I've put into it, but nevertheless. You used to lynch me for hating how GATTACA never got responces you douche! |

Just saw the conversation regarding replies, and I think that people just get lazy when it comes to replying, and sometimes it's hard to blame them for doing so. Sometimes you just don't connect with the era, or the type of diary, so therefore you just can't get into it. I'm guilty of that, I can't get into some eras because I just don't know much about them, or I just didn't like them. The only way to be is to just forget about replies and just keep tabs on your thread views. Because if the views are going up, people are still reading which is what it's about, even if they're not voicing their opinions. I've killed off diaries cos of lack of replies, but looking back, it wasn't necessary cos that's just how it's become. Replies aren't as frequent as they once were. And honestly, other than being an indication that someone is reading, what good are replies anyway? Most people don't have a clue what they're talking about anyway beyond their own personal favourites, haha. It's really only a matter of if they like how their chosen characters are being used.
Anyway, that's my opinion. I just think replies are pretty pointless these days.

I think of replies as an added bonus, good or bad, Long or short.
We would all love more replies and I think if this sims chat comes together it will lead to more discussion on shows.
Now saying that reply to TNA November!

That's the thing, I appreciate replies of any nature. It makes me know that someone's watching it. Sometimes little bits of feedback give me assurance that I'm doing alright.

I wouldn't end a diary due to lack of replies. WWF '93 - 94 has gone through stretches of nothing but you gotta keep going. That diary has become my baby and it won't ever go away because the ideas I come up with often.

I'll  for replies. While you all take that offer into consideration, I'm on break for Thanksgiving now, so RAW should be posted some time over the course of the next few days. With finals coming up, I don't see myself being very active until the middle of December. |
