Just curious if anyone knows when Ringside might have them up for pre-order so I don't miss the first wave? Thanks!

Trevor said to be on the look out for pre-orders this week. I'm going to be checking REALLY frequently on it.

Not for nothing, but this is annoying and frustrating to say the least. I work 2 jobs, 75 hours a week and spend a lot of money with Ringside and have been a loyal customer for years. I really think that it is unfair to not post a date that an item goes up for pre order. I have never ordered from another retailer who didn't post the pre order date for an item to give everyone a fair chance to get the item...for example, Matty always announces pre order dates far in advance to give everyone a shot.
So by Ringside not telling us when sets are going to be up for pre order, they are slapping loyal customers in the face. Because the people who will get first crack and put these sets on back order are going to be either lucky at the right place at the right time, off of work that day, or some young kid or some loser who doesn't have a life or a job and sits refreshing the Ringside page all day every 2 seconds...that's fair? That's what we get I guess for being loyal customers...I missed several sets recently because of my work schedule and the back orders are happening within hours of them being posted in a lot of cases now. The demand is way up and we should all get a fair shot and be told when something goes up for pre order. Sorry for the rant but just had to get that out.

They released the date and time for Basic 25, why not this set?

They released the date and time for Basic 25, why not this set? Everyone wants the whole damn set and not just a few of them. Most also plan on buying multiple sets to set. Which is sad.

Maybe a dumb question (and I'm here to find out about the preorder as well) but why is it so life or death, so crucial to have these items preordered? Certainly its' not like it's your one and only shot to own these figures, so why is it so life or death? Why is everything about the obsession of pre-order? Someone please explain

Wahhhhhhhhh wahhhhhhhh wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Being told the date will only give the scalpels a set time to buy them duhhhhhhh Crap! I have to deal with scalpels now as WELL as resellers, short packed figures and scalpers? It's hard out there for a collector!

Scalpers will have a shot with or without a set date because they sit and wait for these things. That's part of what I was trying to say...scalpers actually have more of a chance when they are just randomly put up because they sit and wait and refresh all day because they make their money on this stuff and half don't have a real job so there's the advantage. If we had a set date we all have a chance.

If u really buy from them all the time u kno they never post dates for preorders. Honestly it's better that way so scalpers don't buy everything. At this point I hope they don't tell us.

Personally, and this is just an idea, but i do feel they should give the exact date and time, so that yes loyal customers can order them, but to also stop scalpers, they should give a limit 1 person rule, where you can only order one set, i feel like that would be the most fair way to go about it.

I don't think RSC cares who they are selling to, they just want to move product.

Someone please explain 1st wave pre-order is almost always the cheapest. E19 is by and large the BEST series MDT have put out with many many big names and a coveted Miss Elizabeth that will certainly be fetching $60+ considering how the other Divas are currently priced. if you miss out on the 1st wave, I'm sure the back-order set will cost even more. And yes for absolute cheapest, you could wait til these things hit retail like mid next year but who wants to do that?! I want Liz, the rest is trade fodder for me - but man do i want a chance at getting the 1st wave pre-order. Look for at least $150 for it I'd guess.

AlexWestCollects you don't think that scalpers who sit and wait all day everyday have an advantage on unannounced pre orders? And yes I have bought from Ringside for years and its just frustrating.

I think if you have a smartphone you are also pretty set. I can just refresh at work non-chalantly while still getting everything done.

Brother we all want this set bad but look at sites like Matty when they put dcuc figs up. The site is slow and by the time u add the item to the cart everything is sold out and there are 30 figs on eBay for double the price. I think giving us the date will just allow more scalpers to get their hands on these. If we want them then we gonna have to work for them. My iPhone will b glued to my hand so I can b on the boards when it goes up.

They've always had problems with their site and have said for years they were "working on fixing it," with no real change. I'm sure a ton of people were on RSC for their black friday sale, which had the date and time announced and I'm pretty sure it didn't crash then. I think they can handle Elite 19.
