If it's magical power is to be really really stupid, then yeah I guess. it got you to come here and comment. haha! so, yeah... that is it's magical power! play nice!! I was getting updates on Wfigs about SDCC, while at work, on my Iphone. I was pretty excited just knowing what Mattel had planned for Elites!! Oh, it was awesome to see the backstage play set. Even though, most people say that they will pass... I still think I will get one and store it until I have a place big enough to displace it. I got home and checked out eBay. Then got on Wfigs, saw the thread, immediately got on RSC, and ordered Trish Stratus.... The others I could prolly find, but I believe she will hard to find!! IMPULSE BUY!! Same for Brock Lesnar

I had Thursday off. I had just bought a car with my wife that morning. I put Ziggler and Miz in my cart late that afternoon. When I saw the price I thought it was smarter to hold off and wait so I had to make my decision, Ziggler or Miz. They're both incredible, but the silver on Miz's attire was impressive as was the coat.

Luckily I was working from home on Thursday. I left my MacBook literally minutes before they came up. I came back and saw people were pre-ordering, but I couldn't find a banner. I thought the demand was so high, Ringside took it down. I did a character search on their site for Trish, found the pre-order option, logged in, and pre-ordered the entire set.
I'm really looking forward to it! This is a very solid lineup!

I guess for me my story begins like this. I thought that Saturday would be like any other day. But man, was I wrong.
I could have been doing something exciting that night. Instead, I was sitting on my couch like Al Bundy with my hand down my pants; perusing the internet for good shoot interviews. My wife was asleep. We had watched Django earlier in the night, which she did not enjoy. I like Tarantino movies and liked it fine.
She went to bed and left me in the living room alone with the dog. At that point I had the random thought to see what was new on Ringside Collectibles. I saw that there were new figures up; and wanted to see if I took a liking to the Dolph Ziggler.
At that point, I watched the Dolph video that's available on this site and on RSC. And thats when I first saw it - the holy grail of wrestling figures. Elite 24 Dolph. It was like that feeling I had when I pulled Hasbro Bret Hart off the rack some 20 years ago.... it was the most beautiful figure these eyes have ever seen.
I immediately added one to my cart, and locked and loaded as fast as I can. I treat Paypal like its a money tree anyways. It isn't real money, its sole purpose is to fund my figure account. And I had to have this one. I was so excited I could have Zig-zagged my pastor on Sunday morning at church. I finally was the proud owner of the best figure of my favorite wrestler. Literally, I have nothing left to do in life now that I've preordered Ziggler from e24.
Since then, I've watched the video panel of Zigs from SDCC with the group to see what he had to say about his figure as well as his single video with that ringside guy several times, because it's a great youtube video.
That's my preorder story so far.

That's why nobody posts stories about when/how they placed an order.

This wasn't like e19. Lineup wasn't as anticipated. Hell they aren't even on backorder yet.

A lot weren't fans of the new Dolph scan and Mysterio isn't the usual $20 his figures go for on pre-order. Plus, I don't think many care for Miz anymore.

Umm... I came online and saw they had put the pre-orders up so I snagged Trish. There wasn't much more to it.

I didn't see anything I felt the need to preorder this year seeing I had preordered the E23 HHH and Taker when Trevor first listed them a month or so ago.
