Your customs look like they have great potential, but they are rushed and very sloppy.
If you took your time with your Kaitlyn she'd probably be the best Kaitlyn on this board!

The hair sculpt doesnt look that bad actually. You just need to TAKE YOUR TIME. You don't need to finish everything in one sitting. Watch out when you're painting. This is like a color book, it will look great between the lines, but if you go outside of them, it's all messed up. There is something wrong with her head but can't pinpoint it.

You should paint everything separate, to me it looks like your painting everything while it is all attached to her already

You actually did a rather nice job on that AJ custom, much better then some of your previous customs. Have you been taking classes in clean strokes 101?
