Needs alot of work imo, the paintjob seems rather sloppy. The balance between blonde and black should be done with small line strokes, the blonde as the outskirts of the hair and black as the line strokes down the middle and sides of the hair. The arms doesn't have the same skin tone from top to bottom. The black pants needs a bit more work as well, the black probably could use a sealer but before that I would recommend a second coat of paint first. Oh and I suggest sculpting the face as well. Nice effort regardless!

Paiting looks much better. I especially like the hair piece you have chosen for her. It makes the scan look a lot better. I might do the same. The only thing is adding another coat of paint to the thighs and an extra layer of paint to the skirt. Other than that it looks good.

You are getting there with the painting slowly, but surely!
I also really like the hairpiece you used, looks more like Beth now.

Still quite sloppy but I can definitely see the resemblance, the hair mold you used/sculpted is perfect. But the body looks just a little to bulky for Kaitlyn, but you have improved greatly, nice job!
