Just by taking a quick glance at the list. . it sux. Austin? Rock? HHH? There's a difference in functional strength and aestheticly pleasing muscle.
Any top 10 list would need to include: Mark Henry, Dino Bravo, Ken Patera, Ted Arcidi, and Brock Lesnar. After than you'd can debate the final five.
But I wouldn't put any pituitary gland giants in there (Andre, Giant Gonzales, Great Khali etc.) as that affliction actually makes them weaker as they grow larger.

Out of curiosity, when or where has Lesnar said told that story about Kane ? i don't recall ever hearing about that and i read more than a fair share of interviews from him yet it seems like common knowledge around here is it in Lesnars book ? i still need to get that one. I'm a big fan of both guys so story's like this intrigue me as a fan. that's all
