Hey y'all...
First and foremost, I hope everyone in the NY/NJ/storm effected areas are safe or at the very least, recovering. Hopefully no one around here got hurt and your families are safe.
I just want to give a quick update. RSC was in an absolutely devastated area during the storm and we, absolutely EVERYONE on staff are working VERY hard to get back to the point where we can ship your orders at normal pace. Please understand that we are not in any way, shape or form doing this on purpose. It is simply the process of recovering from a massive, extremely damaging storm. It takes time.
The shipping dates will unfortunately continue to be pushed if we are not ready to begin shipping and that's all there is to it. However, things are looking VERY good right now, and it should be VERY soon that we are able to get orders out to you. Mark my words on that.
I want to say thanks for being patient and thanks for all the thought you're giving, not just now, but at any point. A situation like that is eye opening and goes to show that this collecting community really goes beyond what most if not all others do in terms of support and enjoyment.
Thanks very, very much.
**EDIT**
So, slowly but surely, orders have begun to process and ship. It make take a little more time but at least things are up and running now in that respect. Keep an eye out for your e-mail confirmations and thanks again for your patience.

Thank you for the update. I hope I speak for everyone when I say that I am more concerned for the health & safety of the RSC employees than I am the figures that I have on order. Everyone remains in my prayers.

Good to know you guys are working to get back to normal.
Was the actual Ringside warehouse/facility damaged in the storm? or just the surrounding area?

Least all of you guys are okay and in reality that is all that matters. And I would like to apologize for those who are not being patient or sympathetic to your situation. Good luck & God bless.

If anybody is more concerned with the status of their toys than human life then they need their head examined.

It's nice to hear from you that you are doing well, although I feel bad for those still without power or lost their lives during the storm. But as far as RSC, in what ways was the warehouse damaged?

Thank you for the update sir. Glad to hear everyone was alright and things were not battered too badly. We got hit hard in NJ too, but most of us are recovering well. Appreciate the update. Think this is the first polite post I read here involving this matter, so glad to see it. The east coast will be back on top soon enough. Thankfully this was not a category hurricane or worse. We'd really be hurting then.

Everyone is alright and thanks for the good word. Without going into too much detail, there is a lot, lot, lot, lot to do here. Take that for what you will and know it'll be back around soon!

JC idk maybe it's just me but even though they are a business that sells stuff maybe we should not show so much concern for the material things they sell at the mooment and wish them well on their recovering and show support

Idk how it is in NY tonight, but its sure starting to get windy and snow in my area now. Hear we all may be with out power yet again if this takes full affect. God must be real mad at us up this way for some reason this time of year. This is going to suck! Hopefully it dies off by tomorrow or were all going to be hurting even worse. Anyone in NY or NJ area too make sure ya prepare for this cold weather just in case.

Any water damaged figures??? I'd purchase them... Why, the prices would just been even higher. "Personally autographed by Hurricane Sandy" - Elite Randy Orton figs for $50.

I don't collect action figures any more however I am interested in knowing more details about what was damaged. Whether figures, walls, any staffs vehicles, etc.
Was any staffs houses or families damaged? I'd personally like to read some eye witness accounts from the staff here.
