Backstage with Bobby Heenan and Steve Allen:
Allen: Mr. Heenan, you made some promises tonight and everyone wants to know...
Heenan: Promises? I make commitments, promises are for losers and politicians who have nothing better to do but save there butts. I made a commitment and I'm going to stick to it.
Allen: So tell us Mr. Heenan, who has been financially supporting Mr. Jake Roberts?
Heenan: (laughs) Oh you would love to know, because I'm in the back trying to get the board to talk to this man.
Allen: So who is it?
Heenan: This man just lost a belt, yes that's right the Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase.
Allen: Wow and why?
Heenan: Don't you think I want to know why? As President I'll get to the bottom of it, as President I'll fine Ted Dibiase for everything he's got. I informed the Board last week and guess what?
Allen: What's that?
Heenan: President Jack Tunney has ignored it, ignored it! I wonder's if he's getting a pay day, the man needs to be impeached for corruption that's for sure and tonight when Rick Rude defends his championship belt, I'll be out there campaigning.
Allen: Well good luck Mr. Heenan.
Heenan: I don't need luck.

Singles Match: Bad News Brown vs. Jimmy Snuka
Results - Snuka hits his signature diving splash for the win.

Intercontinental Championship Match: Rick Rude (c) (with Cheryl Roberts and Bobby Heenan) vs. Dusty Rhodes (with Sapphire)
Results - Beginning of the match, Rude (who still has Cheryl and Jake Roberts images on his tights) dances for Cheryl and gives her a kiss on the cheek. Heenan starts to meet with fans, shaking there hands like a politician and giving out buttons "Vote for a Brain". Near the end of the match, Rhodes goes for the American Dream, but Rude counters with a very quick Rude-Awakening for the pin.
Winner: Rick Rude
Aftermath: Rude is celebrating in the ring, once again dancing for Cheryl and Rhodes says on camera that this is for Jake. He runs in the ring and pulls down Rude's tights (revealing a g-string) as everyone starts to laugh.

Singles Match: The Model Rick Martel vs. Tito Santana
Results - Rick Martel sprays his new fragrance "Arrogance" during the match resulting in blindness from Santana. Santana struggles during the match, but manages to do a small package for the win despite behind blinded.

Tag Team Match: Hulk Hogan & Andre the Giant vs. Rythem & Blues (with Jimmy Hart)
Special Enforcer: Buster DouglasResults - Half way in the match a referee is knocked out cold by Honkey Tonk King, though it was Andre who pushed him towards the referee by accident. Buster Douglas makes his way in as the referee. Late in the match, Greg Valentine who continued to interupt the match, is given a knockout punch from Douglas for his actions and is thrown over the ropes towards Jimmy Hart by Hogan. Hogan does the three punch on Honkey, gives the big boot, hits the ropes while making a quick tag to Andre and lands a massive leg drop. Andre hits the elbow drop for the pin.
Winner: Hulk Hogan & Andre the GiantAftermath: Hogan and Andre celebrate in the ring with Douglas. Andre says thank you to all the fans on the mic.

Jake Roberts promo (without Sherri, holds a black snake bag) with Mean Gene:Gene: I'm here now with the challenger in what could be the biggest main event in WWF history. Jake "the Snake" Roberts, destiny is at hand and it's your call!
Jake: Well well, the Macho Man Randy Savage, here we are at Wrestlemania, it's the biggest match of your career. Why? Because not only is the World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Championship on the line, but the integrity of the woman who claims to love you because tonight I'm out here to prove my innocence once and for all.
For one full year you walked around like a big shot holding that belt of yours, the man who beat Hulk Hogan (laughs) but you forget the kind of men that you fought that got you here, the kind of bookings the WWF made for you...it's unbelievable and when you get high caliber guys in the ring, you go and cheat your way out to a win or a disqualification. Even when you had a warrior, what better way to leave the ring with the championship then get a countout out of it? Now there's no chance for a disqualification, no chance for you to walk out with a countout.
So a guy like me, a guy like me comes around only once, putting his career on the line, going strong for four years without a title shot, putting his life in the ring to the madness that will soon follow. I'm the master of mind games they say, your the lord of the ring. Well there's a new kid in town and he's coming for ya. This time you'll be the one to say sorry, this time you'll be the one who is humiliated, this time you'll finally know what it's like to face a snake like me in the ring. A real challenge...to the very end (leaves).

World Heavyweight Championship Match: Macho Man Randy Savage (c) (with Miss Elizabeth) vs. Jake "the Snake" Roberts (with Sherri)Before the match it was announced that 68,192 are in attendance, a Skydome record. We start off with Mary Tyler Moore who comes out as a Special Bell Ringer, thereafter Rona Barrett, Steve Allen and Robert Goulet walk out. Rona and Steve are at ring side. Goulet takes the mic on stage.
Goulet: Ladies and Gentlemen, may I have your attention please. For tonight's Main Event, I would first like to bring out the First Lady of Wrestling (huge pop), Miss Elizabeth!
Elizabeth walks out with five security guards and officials, she enters the ring and waves to the fans on the mic she says "I love you all, and my Macho Man, Randy let's set the date after you win tonight, let's get married soon" (audience is thrilled, some in tears of joy) and she goes to sit at ring side beside Mary Tyler Moore. Moore gives Elizabeth a hug and it's heard on camera that she says "you're so strong Elizabeth!"
Goulet: And now, for the World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Championship (everyone is on there feet) scheduled for one fall with no disqualification and no countout. First the challenger (massive heat as Jake Roberts music hits). Accompanied by Sensational Sherri, from Stone Mountain, Georgia, weighing in at 240 pounds (Roberts is out with Sherri on the "ring platform", the mobile mini-ring), Jake "the Snake" Roberts (massive heat from the crowd)
Gorilla: Look at the crowd and there reaction.
Jesse: The man's got his shot at the Championship and this is how people repay an innocent man.
Gorilla: Well I know he hasn't been proven guilty, but talk about the roof of the Skydome ready to explode...
Jesse: It's deafening Gorilla! I can't hear my self!
Jake Roberts (before entering the ring a glass bottle was thrown on his head, security caught the woman in the audience and he felt it) walks in with his black bag (tied to a glove) and Sherri who helps Roberts in, blocking trash being thrown in the ring. Officials try to clean up the ring for the match. Jake looks upset and shakes his head at the camera [
Shoot Interview: That was the first time I regretted doing this storyline, I wanted a lot of heat, but this was too far and so that was my way of telling Vince, I don't know how much more I can take].
Goulet: And now, making his way into the ring (Macho Man runs instead of going on the platform), from....(macho man starts attacking Jake and Moore rings the bell)
Gorilla: Forget about it Goulet! Macho Man is on the loose!
Jesse: Jake could sue the man for attacking him before the match!
Macho Man continues beating on Jake, till Roberts runs out of the ring. Randy doesn't care and jumps out. Jake grabs Sherri who places her infront of him. Sherri begs for her life, Randy gets closer as he tries to decide what to do. Suddenly, Sherri hits a low blow on Randy and Jake tosses Randy into the ring.
Jake starts to beat on Randy, but Randy counters and tosses him to four corners till Jake falls on the canvas. Randy goes to the top rope, it looks like he is going for the elbow drop, but Jake is up. Randy hits a double axe handle for Jake to drop and the pin. Jake kicks out at two. Randy starts to choke on Jake, the referee starts the count and Macho breaks it. Macho argues with the referee that there is no disqualification and shoves him to a corner (referee apologizes) till Jake is able to hit a neckbreaker for the pin for two.
Jake grabs a hold of Randy and lifts him to the top rope. Jake goes to the second rope and hits a superplex to much surprise from Gorilla and Jesse. Jake goes for the pin to two. He gets frustrated and walks out of the ring to grab a steel chair. Randy is up and Jake enters the ring and swings the chair as Randy blocks. They both struggle over the chair till Randy kicks Jake and swings at Jake who moves out of the way for a clothesline counter.
Randy is down, Jake grabs the chair and smashes it at Randy's back. Randy is screaming out in pain. Jake goes for it again as the referee tells him to stop. Jake screams out it's legal and tries to swing again till Macho counters and drops Jake to the floor. Macho Man goes for a classic figure four for the submission. Jake manages to grab the ropes, but the referee is confused and doesn't break the hold. Jake is in a lot of pain till he is able to counter Randy, who breaks the hold.
Both men are up and Randy goes for Jake's legs, Jake struggles as he runs around the ring holding on to the ropes. Randy finds the same chair and swings for Jake, but Jake counters with a low blow. Randy is in a lot of pain and Jake is tired, but manages to go for a DDT, but Randy counters in time and rolls out of the ring in pain. On the outside, Sherri starts to kick on Randy and tosses him into the ring.
Jake starts beating on Randy's forehead and grabs the chair. Waiting for Randy like a snake in a corner, Jake slams the chair over Randy's head. Gorilla and Jesse are saying this one's over. Jake starts to taunt the fans and laughs. He goes for the pin to two. Randy is bleeding now. Jake ripes a turnbuckle apart and gets Randy up. He tosses Randy to one corner, and swings Randy's head to the exposed turnbuckle as Randy falls on his back.
Jake leaves ringside and goes towards the bell-table. He starts looking at a concerned Elizabeth as fans at ringside are about to riot and two security guards push Jake away. Jake gets back in the ring laughing and Randy is up. Jake kicks Randy for a DDT, but Randy counters with a belly to back suplex. Randy starts getting angry and goes out of the ring to check on Elizabeth. Elizabeth passes over the ring bell as Moore says "what are you doing?" Randy enters the ring with the bell, Jake is up and Randy smashes the bell on Jake's head.
Randy goes to the top rope and hits his signature diving elbow drop for the pin. One...two...Jake shockingly kicks out with his shoulders up. The crowd can't believe it.
Gorilla: I don't believe it Jess!
Jesse: The man's got a heart, I told you Gorilla, the man is out here to prove his innocence!
Randy is frustrated, he can't believe what happened. He grabs the referee and argues with him.. Jake starts to get up slowly. Randy turns his back to receive a kick from Jake and the DDT. Randy is on the mat and Jake is on the canvas in pain. He struggles to get to Randy for the pin and Randy has his shoulders up at two to a shocked crowd.
Gorilla: The champ himself has got heart Jess!
Jesse: No one's kicked out of the DDT before!
Jake is in disbelief, he looks at the crowd and signals Sherri for the snake bag. Jake drags Randy and ties him up to the ropes. Jake wears his black glove and drops the snake out of the bag. This time it's not Damien, it's a King Cobra. The crowd shouts and is in utter shock. The referee tries to tell Jake to stop but is afraid himself as he runs out of the ring.
Jake grabs a hold of the cobra, and it bites on Macho's shoulder. Randy shouts a great cry heard throughout the Skydome. Some fans are trying to get into the ring on the outside, but security is handling them. Elizabeth jumps in utter shock and is near Randy on the outside [Jake Shoot Interview: It's true that Elizabeth had no idea we were going to do this, she knew the outcome, but not how and that reaction from her was brilliant, it was real as it could get].
Gorilla: The venom must be going through his veins just look at this! [camera shows the snake biting and Macho is bleeding in that area]
Jesse: Wow...just I can't believe it myself Gorilla this is the strangest thing I've ever seen.
Jake struggles and gets rid of the cobra, back in the bag [Jake Shoot Interview: I was terrified with doing this, we had a guy in Hamilton who kept snakes so luckily he arrived in time with the Cobra, but this was no ordinary Cobra, I hated that damn snake (laughs) and I struggled to get it off of Randy heck it almost bit me too! Funny thing is this was that tough son of a gun Randy's idea because originally I wanted to get Damien involved somehow, but Randy was like "hey how about a cobra man" Can't believe Vince went ahead with it, can't believe I said I could handle it!]
The referee helps untie Randy as a stretcher is moved to ringside with doctors. Randy is freaking out, he starts to daze out, swinging his fists for Jake, but to no effect. Randy finally collapses on his knees, leaning on Jake. Jake has a smirk and hits a final DDT to Randy for the pin to three.
Winner: Jake "the Snake" Roberts and new WWF Heavyweight Champion.Aftermath - Randy is taken on a stretcher with Elizabeth in tears. Jake holds the championship belt given to him by Sherri up high and has a few security guards with him (and Sherri) as he walks to the back with fans absolutely disgusted and shocked with what has happened.
Backstage with Mean Gene:
Gene: Ladies and Gentlemen in all my years I have never seen such an action take place and such a decision to reward this man who is coming right up, the new World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Champion, here is Jake "the Snake" Roberts [has the black bag, title is around his waist and Sherri is with him]
Jake: Would you like to meet my new friend?
Gene: Get that snake out of here!
Jake: (laughs) What did I tell you Gene, I would do anything, anything to win tonight, to prove my innocence.
Gene: This has got to be the worst way to prove it!
Jake: There are somethings you won't undertand Gene, but I know that after tonight everyone will be afraid of meeting me in the ring and no one would dare...and I mean dare cross me.
Gene: I can't believe it Jake, honestly I think you are one bona-fide sicko!
Jake: You got a lot of nerve saying that to a sicko like me, what did you expect from me? I was betrayed by all the fans out there, all the children who looked up to me, I was betrayed by my wife and kids, I was betrayed by the WWF! I never did anything to Elizabeth, heck I didn't even lay a hand on her tonight and still, I'm hated.
Gene: You brought a cobra to bite Randy Jake!
Jake: Oh don't worry about that, I can guarantee it's devenomised.
Gene: Thank goodness! Do you have any idea how much anguish you have caused the Macho Man and Elizabeth? How much of a shock and stir you caused all the viewers and those in attendance tonight?
Jake: Elizabeth? Anguish? The Macho Man threatened to break my neck Gene, Elizabeth accuses me of rape, they deserve it heck all these fans out here deserve it too!
Gene: You have got to be kidding me!
Jake: I got some words for the WWF as I am now guaranteed to be reinstated, that I'm gonna cause some havok, I'm going to be the new devil, the new face of this company (laughs) and that's the bottom line Gene, because you know I've got what it takes to stay and defend this championship...I've got a heart of a champion (leaves).
Gene: A sick heart...just sick...back to you Gorilla.
Gorilla: Well folks (Jesse shaking his head in disgust), you saw it all take place here at Wrestlemania VI and we are hoping that Jake has told the truth about the cobra being devenomised.
Jesse: I must say I couldn't believe it, but I do get it Gorilla. He would have done anything to prove he was innocent and he did something no one expected. The crazy thing about it was that it was legal and it seems that Jake is really the Champion.
Gorilla: Expect the unexpected Macho would say, well right now I think we have Heenan in the back with Mean Gene. Let's take you now for there comments.
Bobby Heenan with Mean Gene:Gene: Bobby Heenan, in all my years...
Heenan: This is the kind of thing I have been talking about (gets excited) and I've got some great news!
Gene: Why are you excited?
Heenan: Didn't you hear the ruckus in the back? Tunney's gone! Yes the board just fired Tunney! He was responsible for all of this and he's done!
Gene: I can't believe it are you serious?
Heenan: Yes, Jack Tunney you got what you deserved and now oh boy...
Gene: Are you saying that you have a chance to be President?
Heenan: You damn right I do! I was already endorsed by an executive and I've got a chance! This is the greatest moment in my career!
Gene: Heenan I think we have more important things on hand, just like what just happened here...
Heenan: You know Gene, the first thing I'm going to do as President, once I'm elected, heck I'll even push the board to do this now, is to ban all animals and reptiles and insects and stupid birds heck whatever that isn't human from ringside.
Gene: I think I actually agree with you on this one, though some Superstars may not.
Heenan: You damn should, I'll soon be your boss! (leaves)
Gene: Yikes...back to you Gorilla
Gorilla: Well folks we just got word that Macho's condition is stable so this is good news and he should be back in recovery from all of this very soon.
Jesse: That's why they call him the Macho Man, to take that kind of pain, he deserves some respect for that.
Gorilla: Absolutely, from all of us here in the World Wrestling Federation, this is Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse "the Body" Ventura signing off and saying goodnight. Goodnight everyone!
