I am sure this has been mentioned over and over again, but I never got a chance to read the old posts. I know it has been said that Mattel would not make Scott or Razor Ramon due to his checkered past and his current state. But how many of you agree he is a wrestling icon? His classic battles with Larry Zbyszko, Razor Ramon, the NWO. It just goes on. I have seen a lot of great looking Scott Hall customs on the bay and on theses forums. If Jakks could do it, why not Mattel? I believe that he should have a figure.
Look, I am sure like I said this has been spoken of, but I just wanted to make my points. If you find this a dull read, then please just ignore it. Thank you.

In a way I agree with Mattel. He might not be worth the trouble. What if he does something beyond stupid. But I do want a figure and yes I think he's an icon. I wish he could clean up.
You now what I don't understand? If Mattel is against Hall and plans never to release a figure, why mention his name on the back of Nash's box?

It's been stated time and again on these boards how plenty of people who do have figs made have done some sketchy stuff in their past too. Holding Scott Hall to such an unfair standard makes no sense, and I really hope they get this sorted out eventually. I have a custom that I'm pretty happy with, but would love to see mattel do it right.

I think eventually we will get Scott Hall. We were able to get Macho,Steamboat,Kevin and Kerry. So once Wwe gives them the green light Mattel will be all over it

I find it BS that you haven't read anything about it considering theres a thread about it every week. The figure isn't getting made, book closed.

I really hope so. I forgot about the Von Erichs', especially except for Kevin, his brothers committed suicide. So sad. They were such an awesome family of wrestlers. It's scary how personal demons can make you do things if you allow them. I pray for Scott all the time. I hope he can get past his own personal demons. I was watching a clip when he left WWe and went to WCW to form the NWO. He looked great. I hope the WWE will consider him.

@the Scottanized - Again, I don't keep up in this section with the posts as I go the Mattel's Wrestling figure Talk and Customs. I only come here once in a while. And I did mention at the end of my post to just ignore if you don't find this to your liking or a dull read. Excuse me for just making a point.

Because that figure is of Nash in his Outsiders attire, it would be stupid not to mention Hall. Thats it though, no need to make a figure of that fool.

Your point is valid, and I believe every body has a right to their opinion. Do not let negative words by others bother you. They are simply expressing their opinions as well, albeit in a much less polite manner.

Mattel has made figures of people like Jake the Snake Roberts who is a notorious drug addict and was actually filmed doing crack in that movie exposing the wrestling business.
They made a figure of Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig, who died of a cocaine overdose.
Evan Bourne, Rey Mysterio, Randy Orton, .....all failed the WWE Wellness test more than once. They continue to get figures.
There is more to this Scott Hall story than meets the eye. Him killing a guy in self defense in freaking 1983 is NOT the reason no matter what Mattel says.

All the signs point to that. Whether that's what you want to believe or not there's 3 people "black listed" from Mattel. 1 is Owen (for obvious reasons) and the other two (Hall and Benoit) have killed someone. Self defense or not, he admitted to it. I know everyone wants to throw the Snuka thing out there but 1)he never admitted to it and 2) he was never convicted of it.

There should be a Scott Hall, but like everyone says look at some of the guys they made figures of that died of drugs, are known drug users.
They said no to X-Pac as well and rumor has it we might be getting him

If you "black listed" every wrestler that abused drugs, there would be no wrestling....then, now or in the figure....Well maybe Punk vs his shadow but still. We all know the guys of the 80s and 90s abused drugs, Hall is no different. Its his admission of killing another human being that is keeping him locked out.

Scott Hall is so important to 90's wrestling history that all of his past should be overlooked. what everyone else says. Make this figure, plzzzzzz Matty?

Hall "Co-Starred" in the new nWo revolution dvd. at the beggining it said something like Co starring Scott Hall and Kevin Nash......
if they can use interviews of him in a dvd then why not a figure... things get so weird at WWE sometimes....

Films are different since they don't require to give the wrestlers Legend deals.
