My 20-0 Undertaker has a right leg that doesn't move. I can move it a bit, but it springs back to where it was and I feel like if I force it, it's gonna snap. I've had too many elites/Legends like this. Punk, Goldust, Kofi, Rick Rude, WM26 Swagger, to name a few. There is definitely a quality issue with mattel at times. I remember when I got Booker T flashback, I opened him up and went to test the joints as usual and SNAP! His left hand broke right off within seconds. It stays in and I only display my figures so whatever. But wtf? He looks much better now

I've had too many elites/Legends like this. Punk, Goldust, Kofi, Rick Rude, WM26 Swagger, to name a few. I had a bunch of figures like that too, I was able to fix some of them by heating them up with a hair dryer and that let the leg move all the way forward, then I set them down & let them cool off with their legs in sitting position & that freed about half of them up and they move now. The other half still had the problem after I put the leg back down it doesn't wanna move again, I been meaning to give the ones that don't move right still another round & see if it helps if I do it again.

I think that flaw looks super cool. Well, not on that Undertaker, but it just looks awesome.
Nice to see you fixed it though!

Just heat it up with a blow dryer or dip it in hot water and you can pop off the feet and put them back on the correct way. This, had the same thing on a elite miz, worked a treat

First swap I ever did was a foot swap on a Bam Bam that was backwards. I just heated it up under the sink. Since then I heat water in the microwave, and it is easy. Like others have said, back part first otherwise they can be tricky.
