Simple depends on who you ask. The easiest custom in my collection was my Psycho Sid, I just got a DA Festus, took off the head, tattoo and one of the arms, replaced them with a CS Sid head, vest and left arm for the painted on elbow pad and that was it.

I have one. Simple enough I think. U can doa some repaints on Mattel Ricky Steamboat figures, Like his Wrestlemania 3 outfit or his purple one when he feuded with Jake the Snake, or the classic green one from when he won the title from Flair!
