Things you always read on dirtsheets

I hate how people call them dirtsheets. It really grinds my gears, and Ill explain why:

Dirt-Sheets: Newsletters that flew around locker rooms believed to contain details about non-kayfabe affairs between workers/territories back in the day. Famously, these newsletters were usually full of bulls**t in an attempt to cause fueds/create a stir from time to time.

Websites: often called 'dirt sheets;, usually contain little to no insider information, generally written on assumption. (Ziggler won clean at SS so will cash in MiTB at TLC, for example).

I use this example a lot, but the most obvious one recently was when Aksana distracted the Cobra which cost Santino his match, 2 highly acclaimed websites were reporting an upcoming heel turn angle with the sock. Obviously, this never happened and the articles have probably been destroyed.

I would list the 2 sites but the last time I did that I was ambushed by WFers who were adamant they were reliable sources 100% of the time. Notice how these sites used to be full of rumors about particular wrestlers, this is no longer the case thanks to common social networking (and ones ability to deny said rumour in less than 140 characters, and be concieved as credible thanks to a blue tick).

Hopefully Twitter renders these websites a dead art before they insult anyone elses intelligence.
