Dolph and AJ are in cahoots. AJ screws over Cena and somehow helps Dolph win the World Title between now and Rumble. I think it could work.

I would like to think that there is more than meets the eye with this angle... otherwise why would Cena go along with it after his 'heated discussion' with Vince about the creative direction of the company? I have my doubts, but this would be a cool swerve.

I've been saying for a while that AJ was working with Punk behind the scenes, but those storylines have obviously separated. Based on what we're seeing now, it seems pretty clear that she's with Dolph. She's set Cena up on a couple occasions to be attacked by Dolph and I'm not sure why else he would be involved in the angle. |

But what's the overall point of setting up Cena? It's not like he's Champ, & Dolph wants the title. Just to get Dolph over as a major HEEL?

If AJ turns heel I'm thinking it happens at Mania. I'm guessing Punk loses to Rock at the Rumble, Cena wins the Rumble and wants a rematch with Rock so he chooses him as his opponent. Cena faces Rock at Mania. Cena wins after a long back and forth match, Ziggler cashes in at Mania immediately after Cena wins. Cena maybe loses due to being beat up by Rock and can barely stand up or AJ costs him the match in some form. Who's ever booking the matches are really setting things up to go this way. In my opinion that is.

I'm ok with Ziggler having arm candy, even though AJ wouldn't be anywhere near my first pick for him. Fits his character to steal Cena's girlfriend haha. |
