RA 22 is awesome.. but the RI Kurt Angle was pretty awesome as well.
The best possible Kurt Angle figure, IMHO? An RA 22 head on the RI Kurt Angle.

The one from the RA SummerSlam PPV series in the white singlet. This. Summerslam '03 was my first and only Angle during my RA collecting days. For DA, I'd say DI 1 Angle with a head swap.

I know Jakks didn't make this, but I still find it as the best Kurt Angle figure That looks like Ryback!

Deluxe Impact 1 for me. I love the headscan and the singlet is very nicely detailed.

Chalk another one up for SS '03 Angle. I remember wanting this figure SO bad, and a WFer who happened to be gettin' out of collecting gave him to me for a bargain price! I cherish it to this day.

This one was always my favorite. Anyone know what series it was though? I believe that was from the Survivor Series 2005 PPV set. Jakks had also made another Angle figure in this attire but with the updated singlet mold & lower legs with sneakers that looked amazing. This. Ahh, I too really wanted that SummerSlam 2003 Angle to make a WrestleMania X-Seven fix-up. I couldn't score one so I ended up sacrificing my CS Mr. Perfect to make a custom. (sorry for the terrible pic quality, it was taken in 2007) Rated [R] NinJa

RA- RA 22 DA - DA 1 R3 - either the R3 series 4(?)/draft figure or the one in the 2-Pack with Kane
And I had so wanted that Toy Biz Angle...it sucked when they canceled it

For some reason I loved the Angle that came in a three pack with Mark Henry and Daviri...

The best one with hair came with Kane in a WM 18 2pack.

I'm not sure which series it was, but he was in his WM XX attire. It came in a dark red RA box if that helps anyone to identify. (Long shot I know)

There certainly is a great variety of Kurt Angle figures mentioned here. I'll throw out one more, though I would just like to add that I don't believe any one figure is the best. Bone Crunching Superstars Series Kurt Angle (Released August 2001):
