So long story short..i sold $200 worth of action figures including shipping to somebody on here that lives in a different country. I shipped using USPS and now a month later the customs number hasn't been updated since Oct. 30th The person who bought them then went ahead and filed a case against me on PayPal and now i'm -$192.00 in debt plus my own money i used to ship. I provided all the information but as we all know PayPal is always in favor of the buyer no matter what. So at this point i don't plan on adding an extra $200 to remove the debt because that's already double the amount and i'm out of a large amount of figures. And even if he does receive the stuff i'm still out of $200. I don't think that's fair and i know USPS won't do anything about it if they lost the package.
What can/should i do?

shipping internationally, there's nothing you can do. There's no tracking with USPS internationally, even on express mail. If you shipped via priority mail flat rate box, there's insurance built in to a certain point. Otherwise, you're SOL.
This is why I refuse to ship internationally.

Have you no tracking number? Once paypal see there is a tracking number they should rule in your favour. Ive had a few hiccups in the past so i know how you feel.

same here, way too much trouble *Facepalm* ;D loool anyway.... ummm damn, i really susgest u fight it. call them everyday, take pictures of the usps recipit, show all kinds of proof that u mailed out the parcel. thats the best susgestion. now for future reference, for everybody here, when shipping out of the country. its best to buy something called usps register mail or something like that. its another form of tracking for international parcel. i wish the best of luck.
