Does anyone have a picture of HBK wearing the shoulder piece similiar to elite 19 in reality because i cant seem to find one! please help thank you  |

matty totally botched it. they should have molded it in black and painted the studs like they did on the legends Demolition gear, not mold it in silver.....wtf. you CANT tell me that silver rubber is cheaper than black

Not to mention the fact that he has kickers on, show me one match that he was wearing kickers. Lod boots would have been the way to go.But we're all still buying one and that's all that matters to them. |

We all begged and pleaded for mattel to make a 1997 Circa elite HBK and now that we got one peopleare still complaining. I for one am so excited to get this in the mail this week. And it'll definately be up there with my Nash and Big Evil Taker as my fav Mattel figs.

Its a good figure but its not a great figure, if the ent. gear wasnt so cheap looking as its cast in just one color, if it had kneepads/chest hair . it would be one of mattys best. Im just saying, its good but its not great. its not in my top ten and ive been waitin on an hbk for a long time.
I hope they do a WM8 HBK next.

  The kneepads are really my only complaint on the E19 figure to be honest. It's a great figure but they sort of half did it in both areas. Like I would have rather seen painted kneepads and no entrance top rather than what we got. I would have been ok without the European title too if they would have attempted the entire entrance outfit. The entrance gear really should have been done like the Entrance Great HBK imo. That was the one thing Jakks did well with HBK I think. Regardless, this is the exact HBK I wanted and I think besides the kneepad thing it's a damn near perfect representation of him from the match. I'm thrilled we got it. |

Chest hair and knee pads would have taken this fig from a 7 to a 10. I don't really care about the entrance gear. I'm gonna display him without it anyway. But yeah, they half assed it. I've come to expect perfection from Mattel. And that's mattel's fault, because they have been that dam good over the last 3 years.

If they molded it in black, they'd have to do a hell of a paintjob on it to make it look right -- which could have meant no European title, no shirt with Brock, designs missing from Bryan etc. And if they molded it all in plain black with no paint, people would complain more than they are when it's all silver. |

I don't have it yet but based on the pics, I like it.
And i'm sure it looks even better in person like most figures.
at first I didn't like the King Kong Bundy but once I opened it I loved it.
