Update: Found in Edmonton , Alberta............... Yikes... hahaha... well at least my figures are still Alive and well downside, wont be delivered till monday..... so a week and a half late easily..... niiiice  Glad I got next day delivery |

Like I said it was mis-loaded...it doesn't happen often because there's two people who look at it while it's getting loaded. The sorter at the top of the belt who splits/sorts the packages to the various outgoing trailers in their area...then the loader who actually loads the trailers. But now that it's the holiday season the actual loaders are more than likely seasonal help and didn't notice that the sorter sent it to the wrong trailer. UPS should be offering to send it next day air to you seeing that is what you had paid for and didn't receive. That's what they did when I was working there. If it doesn't make tonight's flight...they should deliver it Saturday morning. (they used to have Saturday deliveries for NDA packages when I worked there)

Once I ordered from rsc and the package must have been stolen from my doorstep because tracking said it was delivered but I never got it :/ I was pretty much screwed out of around 50 bucks.

Ya I asked them why it was scheduled for Monday, I said cant you guys do Air or next day since you made a mistake? the lady told me the shipper paid for UPS standard.... bla bla bla...
so basically, ya we screwed up but screw you, wait a little longer
Crazy thing happened today too, i got someone elses figures in the mail, guy had the same name as me, one letter different , had 2 figures, mcfarlane sports
i brought it back into the post and told them their mistake, then when i got home noticed my package has been updated.... must be karma?

Did you contact RSC to confirm what service they used to ship it. Then call UPS back and ask to speak to the center manager for your area

I'm glad you got it straightened out but a week and a half late is pretty lame. I had mattycollector lose one of my orders once but they sent out a new one. Their own fault I guess for not providing tracking to Canada.

they said the shipper would have to ask for the credit... dunno what NDA is.. anyways its a piss off but i may even get my figs by friday.... they told me monday but told rsc friday for delivery

NDA = next day air. If you paid RSC to ship via that service someone needs to credit you as you clearly didn't receive that service.

I had a problem with a package being delivered to the wrong condo but it was just across the way and the guy came back and got it and brought it to me. Other than that, Ive been VERY fortunate, the MOC and loose figures Ive bought from various online places have always come in very good shape as well in terms of cards and stuff.
