So I picked up my fourth WrestleMania 28 Triple H today and turned him into a Summer Slam version. And seeing I have four of him now I got to thinking seeing we have the announcer's table now it would be nice in the future if Mattel would release tops of the announcer table with the various PPV logos on them.  |

They could just be an accessory with a regular Elite/Basic series figure who's attire was based off that PPV.
I don't play with my figures, but I already have plans for displaying all the new figures, table & TRU exclusive HHH Vs Taker WM27 ring I will be recieving on Christmas. And I do think I would switch the table tops on my display a couple times a year if I had that option.

That could be a really cool idea. Maybe some past Pay Per Views as well for Legends display. What changes did you make to Triple H to make the figure Summer Slam accurate?

They would have to release the complete table a number of times for that to work. If someone starts collecting later next year when the complete table is no longer at retail, what good is just the top?

Wouldn't be any different than what Jakks did with the RSR and CSDA ring aprons. Hell they could always add the table in one of those playsets they come out with each year.

It's like what Mattel does with the TRU playsets, they will always include a basic ring because they want to sell complete playable sets without parents having to buy an additional basic ring if they sold the play sets separately. |

It's a great idea but that would require Mattel release an Accesorie with figures so you could get those table tops. And we all know Mattel HATES giving accesories.
