I think that is the general consensus. That or they are factory rejects that someone gets a hold of and sells at near regular prices. I tend to not buy anything from overseas anyway.

I tend to not buy anything from overseas anyway. i mean no personal offense to anyone located there, but generally things coming from china, singapore, or thailand are probably bootleg or stolen. there are a few sellers on ebay who always have the jeff hardy elite figures for sale, located in: singapore..

Some of them could be the early production that get trashed and others could be stolen you really don't know. But I did see a YouTube video of someone in a mall in Singapore and in the shop they had all different kinds of figures loose even prototypes, so maybe they ship them loose to there stores for a discount price.... idk.

Possibly that could be the reason. Another reason could be they just bought the figure for the accessories and not the figure

Yes, thats it. They get them loose. They get the ones that are overproduced or have many stains or arent just in good shape anymore. Here in the Philippines we have a Mall where one part of the Mall is just based on these kind of figure stores. There are like 25-30 Toy shops. They dont only have loose figs, they also sell MOC Elites. I found Elite 15 there even b4 they hit retail in the US. I will go there by end of the year again, and will make a full review of all the stores etc.

They're normally very over priced. Never bought any.

No grounds to say that they're stolen. They compete with the powers that be, so they get demonized. I've gotten DC figures from China, half the time they're in better condition than retail.

Most of the incidents I have heard normally says that most sellers found in China or Hong Kong often time carry stolen figures and sometimes within the shipping time of 1-3 weeks it may not even ship to your location. I'm never brought anything from any of those countries because I try to stay clear of them regardless of the honest sellers there, the risk is to great often times.

not all of them are stolen, actually ive seen a few that are made themselves, its very easy to make a cast of the original figure parts and make your own. Im sure those hardy figures are stolen. As for me i could care less if its stolen or not if it looks good ill still buy it. Does that make me a bad person? Probably

I just started collecting the line and have seen the Jeff Hardy figures, what is the deal with them? Cancelled from the line?

Those figures are annoying, I don't even waste my time reading the description of that garbage, Alicia Fox with no hoodie accessory is insulting. And these sellers even lie about their location because they are ashamed of the trash they sell. There's one moron claiming to be in Australia when in fact is in China or something like that. Honestly I wouldn't take that risk for a few dollars off.

Why do they say they are from Australia? There has got to be a reason they choose Australia.

A few sellers put their location as singapore but actually from china or hongkong. They're just using singapore postal service. Some are really from singapore who bought the figures normally like you would then sell it afterwards as used items.
For me i prefer to buy loose figs from china/hongkong/singapore since they are nearer to me.
