I disagree, it's rough but for something done on the cheap and budget it works pretty well.

why is the cage like 100 ft tall?

I remember doing stuff like this for my death match fed when i was young. If you like it and it works for you then keep it. Don't worry about people who just give you negative criticism without even saying what you can do to improve it. But for future reference this should go in the custom accessories board.

I'd consider cutting and gluing dowels too the top and bottom to clean it up a bit.

interesting concept for a cage! i was running around the hardware store looking for something that could POSSIBLY make a cage. THIS IS PRETTY COOL!
