For me it depends on the character since I dont collect entires waves unless there is more than 70% of wrestlers I like.

In terms of retail I think about 20 bucks with tax is as high as Im willing to go for new elites at stores and we are closing in on that fast. (Elites are 18.38 total or so when i buy at walmart). IF theres one thats popular that i cant find at retail and really want then I would say 25 for me (paid 23 total for nash online) and in terms of online exclusives from matty or RSC about 30. 30 is pretty much my limit on any of these and on ones that are higher I will have to pass. If the hobby gets more expensive I will really have to just go after the guys I really want like a Hogan, Flair, Scott hall and a few others.

I think they're already too much, I've cut back & not got a lot of figs I wouldn't have hesitated to get in the past because of how expensive they've become. It's just a toy & sometimes I just really don't wanna spend $20 on them, it seems crazy unless I really want it.

TRU has surpassed that mark. Reg elites are 21.99 and tru exclusives are 23.99 according to some reports on here.

TRU Elite exclusives are $19.99 and up unless there's a promo. I should have ellaborated. By adding a couple extra dollars on the price, you're paying for the build a figure at the same price as the others (if you get the whole set). Hope that makes it more clear.

Depends on availability and my want for the figure. I take into account the current retail price and add the gas I would probably spend on going to get the figure (Hard to find= multiple days driving around searching). Also time the figure has been out. I know I wont find Elite 1 for retail price so i'm not expecting it. But overall I wont go double retail price plus shipping if i'm ordering online.

35.00 is my limit for figures. So unless they ever release new versions of DX HBL and HHH, I am out of luck.

Usually around $25 for elites, but I'll admit I have paid more for figures I really want.

I am pretty much done. It is hard to justify dropping $120 at Toys R Us when a new wave comes out, especially considering that I collect WWE blu rays as well. I am probably going to limit myself to first time in the line elites.

i make enough money to support my family and cover my elite hobby but i still cringe at the ridiculous pricing of them. $16.99 is more than i want to pay but i can handle it. $21.99 for the BAF's is robbery.

Too much is:
Elites: anything above £17 for me.
Basics: i'd say about £12/13

Well, if we go over the fiscal figure cliff, we will all have less money to spend on them. To the tune of 4-5 basics or 3-4 Elites a month.(depending on what numbers you believe and how much you make now) A figure march on Washington anyone?

i'd only buy certain wrestlers once elites pass the price of he man figures on matty collector. and it seems like it's gonna happen soon.

I would say if $20.00 for an elite (before tax). If it went higher then that i would stop collecting.

I'd never go over $13 for Basic and $23 for Elite. I'm ok with paying extra for build a figure sets or even more accurate figures with great accessories only because of quality.
