Here is my case. I ordered some figures back in July including the then new announced mankind. So I proceed to pre order him along with some other five figures. My order was held until December due to wave 18 items being available late November.
Every thing was okay until this point however I noticed the store reimbursed me one figure, and I didn't received my mankind figure. When I asked they told me they refunded me the figur , which is true, but they never let me know about that and they told me it happened due to a hurricane. I wonder if this happened to every single person who ordered this item from this store.

Yeah I would recommend seperating your orders with stuff thats current in stock and stuff thats on back order or not released yet. You have to pay more shipping costs but oh well. Ive heard of people not getting some stuff because it was no longer available.

Didn't you post this same thing a few days ago with the store name and it only lasted a hour or less before it got deleted?Actually it was someone else I think complaining they got refunded for something with a explination of hurricane damage yet it was on the website for a higher price so they were mad. Yeah I would recommend seperating your orders with stuff thats current in stock and stuff thats on back order or not released yet. You have to pay more shipping costs but oh well. Ive heard of people not getting some stuff because it was no longer available. How was it not avaible. It was avaible when the order was placed so set it aside till my order ships instead of selling it is what I would say. If they cant ship my whole order let me know and go without my busness, but thats just me and how I feel about it. I should not have to place more than one order to get what I ordered. Then again I'm not really willing to pay crazy internet prices for something I am likely to run into at retail. Then again most of what im interested in on the internet like E19 Liz is more than double retail. Thats why I say I'm not willing to pay crazy internet prices. I also wouldn't buy a set for $160-$200 when i found a place to get cases for $160 so i get the extra two figures for the same price or less. thats just me though. I'm not trying to knock anybody. If you have a business do your thing and make your money. If you are a buyer willing to pay more thats why these places charge more. So honestly its not the business fault for charging what they do people hype up the sets and drive up the prices.

Hmm, no, this is the first time I post this, and just wanted to know if anybody else had the same experience. I dont find the "hurricane" explanation satisfactory, because I had some more figures in my order and this only happened to mankind? I ordered the figure at 30 bucks because at that price I found it acceptable, but even doing it, I see where anybody telling me to order the entire case can go to, because Im garanteed to have that figure....
