what is with mattel not using tall boots on basics? i am not personally into basics so i hadnt really noticed, but i was just looking at pictures of new savage in orange. where are the tall boots? it cant be that hard or expensive to make tall boots and proper calves come on mattel. would be nice to see basics a little more accurate with a tall boot mold.

Those basic Macho Man figures are really terrible. Big fail on Mattel's part if you ask me.

It does irk me that they don't give Macho tall boots with his basics especially seeing the do for the Rock.

I don't understand why Mattel just doesn't use the boot mold from EG M$M, it's available.

I didnt even realise they had a basic tall boot mold i had forgotten about eg m$m and im sure there are others. If they already have the molds for the calf and boots how hard wouod it be to make the parts a different color and get the righ parts on the right figure.

It does bother me. They have these great looking figures that are tarnished by a poor boot choice. Makes no sense.

Rock's are medium length. The calf goes below past the straps or whatever they are called.
