It all depends on what accessories it would come with. If Cactus comes a barbed wire baseball bat then I would prefer Cactus, but if not Dude Love.

Cactus Jack and here's why:
He's essentially Mick Foley in that there's no mask (Mankind), no tie-dye or shades (Dude Love) and the main difference between the two would be a shirt (it wouldn't surprise me if they do this like they did with SCSA in the Legends series, giving him an optional soft-goods shirt to go with a plastic vest). It may give me some heat but the only reason I'd say that would be that there are more elements of Cactus Jack in his performances than Mankind or even Dude Love for Jack to count as both Jack and Foley.
Also would depend on which shirt they would sculpt him with...WANTED: DEAD for Cactus Jack or the regular Mick Foley one.
