Langston has nowhere near enough votes or mentions in this thread.

Oh my god, the fail in this post. It's so high it's off the fail scale. Why? I don't understand why someone would be so biased towards Tensai. He is the least believable wrestler on the roster. To think he is physically the strongest is just stupid. You can just see it by looking at him. His body weight is mostly fat; there is no muscle. The only wrestler fatter than him currently is Brodus Clay. So apparently you can only judge how strong a wrestler is by their feats of strength during matches, and Japan doesn't count because it's Japan. Also the Road Warriors are apparently terrible. Wow. Just wow.

Ryback is SOMEWHAT strong, but Big E, Cena, Sheamus, and pretty much everyone else on that list makes him look like a joke. Maybe if he had a finisher that he could actually perform correctly, things would be different.

Voted for Henry but as said Brock lesnar was frigging strong Goldberg also deserves a mention He's not a current wrestler in WWE but yes he was quite strong! That's also what I was thinking. Tensai just squashes people with his blubber. Even Cesaro is probably stronger than him muscle-wise. Sure, he can toss his weight around, but physically, he doesn't compare to anyone on that list. I nominate this for stupidest post of the year. Yeah, this complaining about Tensai is too much, I didn't mean for this post/topic for an argument. Anvil, I apologize for not putting Tensai on the list. I know he is quite strong while I don't know how strong he is or can be I do know he has a lot of strength. Just because he is not muscle bound like Ryback or Cena does not mean anything and while I said for current WWE stuff their past like Tensai in Japan can help one think about them and I don't think he's fat either, just a really big dude that is poorly used.

It comes down to this...Tensai I can guarantee can not bench 500 pounds or deadlift 700 pounds, while Langston, Cena, Ryback, and Mark Henry have all done these things on record. Anvil Fan I'm also willing to bet that you don't even lift, so you dont know what it takes to get such impressive lifts...
Pound for pound Cesaro is really impressive, I've herd the same about Kane.

This thread fails....Obviously it's Henry. He was a powerlifter and strongman. Cena is second, but it's not a close second.
EDIT: Also you are all stupid if you think Tensai isn't strong...It doesn't matter if he's fat, most powerlifters are fat. Just because he's not cut, doesn't mean he's not strong.

Ryback really isn't very strong. How can this list not have Tensai on it? All Tensai ever did was let butt-toots on people.

For strength in size I would go with Antonio Cesaro.
Overall I'd go with either Mark Henry or Big E Langston (because he is lifting weight near Henry but is 130 lbs. lighter).

Remember when Henry used to do those feats of strength on Smackdown in 2002? i remember the one where he put his back to the wall and feet to the front of a limo and held it while the car fully accelerated.

Henry, Langston, Lesnar in that order IMO. Lesnar isn't as monstrous physically as he once was (presumably off the juice) but that doesn't mean he isn't as strong. Still an incredible specimen and in much better conditioning (well he was when he first showed up, who knows what he's been doing).

The answer is clearly Mark Henry. It's not even a question. He's not just strong or really strong. He's one of the strongest men to ever walk the planet. Here's an article with a list of some of the jaw-dropping weights he's manhandled in the past. www.criticalbench.com/Mark-Henry.htmOutside of him, I'm undecided between Big Show and Big E. Show's acromegaly resulted in his muscles and tendons growing so big because his body secreted GH for much longer than the average person. Big E. is well known in the powerlifting community, but it's a tough call between his trained muscles and Show's natural strength.
