I enjoyed all of 'em except for 23 and 25.
23 was bad IMO because, well I didn't really enjoy anything about WWE's product in 2007, not to mention it had Great Khali vs. Kane in one of the worst matches I've ever seen, and way to much focus on Vince McMahon being shaved bald (big f'n deal).
25 was a letdown because aside from Michaels/ Undertaker and Matt/ Jeff, nothing delivered.

Rank from greatest down. Best: 20 - IMO one of WWE's best PPV and greatest WM. It had an Amazing Card. The only bad match was Goldberg vs. Lesnar for the reason that the fans knew that both were leaving so they were booing the crap out of them and it was half assed plus they sat their for literally ten minutes doing nothing. We had: - Cena getting pushed by showing off his strength while he was still entertaining. - RVD and Booker retaining the World Tag Titles. - Christian being put over Jericho. - The Rock 'N' Sock Connection putting Evolution over. - I didn't care for either of the Diva's matches. - Chavo win the Cruiserweight Open - Too Cool not jobbing, but TGTT should have won IMO. - Eddie retaining. It was well deserved and it didn't hurt either of their characters. - Undertaker vs. Kane. Sure Kane jobbed to Undertaker but it also showed it made sense since Kane was in denial that that Taker would return and he was afraid of Taker. - Benoit winning the WHC. Just to get it out of the way none of us know what actually happened in the Benoit murders so please just don't bring it up. Anyway, Benoit deserved a World Title run especially with him being in the Main Event scene for the majority of 2000 and 2003. And the celebration at the end was awesome.
21 - I am surprised so few have mentioned it. It was an amazing PPV. Every match (aside from the Sumo match) was phenomenal. It gave us: - Mysterio vs. Eddie. - The first ever MiTB - IMO Undertaker's best WM match. - Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle was technical wrestling gold. Almost the entire match was mat based. - Cena winning the title when he was actually over. - Batista dethroning Triple H.
28 - It had a Not So Card that for the most part exceed what was expected. The only matches that didn't live up to the hype were The Rock vs. John Cena and Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus (but they did give us that amazing 2 out of 3 Falls at ER). It is self explanatory.
24 - Had a great card but just wasn't as memorable as the others. This one is also self explanatory.
Ranked from worst up. Worst: 27 - Aside from Undertaker vs. Triple H and Rhodes vs. Mysterio, this was a train wreck. Let's go down the list, we have: - Edge's injured neck preventing a longer match. - Santino, Kofi, Big Show and Comedic Kane vs. the Corre. - Orton beating Punk killing all of Punk's momentum until June. - Michael Cole "wrestling" - Snooki just being there. - Ending with a cheap PPV finish. First off you don't ever have the Main Event match end in a countout. Secondly even if you restart the match you killed a lot off the tension. Finally YOU DON'T GIVE US A CHEAP ENDING AT WM!!!!!!!
25 - The only good matches on the card were Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels and the MiTB. Aside from that the only other good thing was Santino the Drag Queen. The crap we were given: - 2 Hall of Famers jobbing to Jericho when it should have just been Jericho vs. Steamboat. - Fat Hardy vs. Drug Addict Hardy in an Extreme Rules match. - Big Show being in the WHC match along with the Viki scandal. It would have been a great match without him in it. If they were going to have it as a Triple Threat they should have waited for Backlash. They also should've ende the Viki, Edge thing when they showed Edge making out with Alicia Fox. - Orton vs. Triple H going on last. Honestly why would you make this the last match? It should have been one of the opening matches. The feud behind Triple Threat was more entertaining and it was also a better match. What got to me the most was they had it after Undertaker vs. Michaels. That should have been the closing match.
