They could literally cut about 30% of the roster which is just loaded with people either not being used or being used poorly.

The difference in 2013, is that jobbers are full time employees. We grew up (or the older fans I suppose) watching a lot of "local talent" come in and get squashed by guys. Minus Ryback's recent streak, WWE really doesn't do that anymore. They use guys like Yoshi, Hawkins, Barreta, JTG, etc. work in those roles now. Which is actually pretty nice because I personally think all those guys I listed are talented. Plus, it leaves it open for one of those guys to fill in and step up if the opportunity presents itself or they need a tag team or something. Yoshi also brings the Japanese element to the roster, and like Khali, there is a demographic for a guy like that in WWE. The Tensai and Yoshi thing has been brought up before and I'm in favor of it as well. I think Tensai should embrace funny and Yoshi is a guy that could definitely help make that work. I can see them having sort of a Goldust and Booker chemistry together. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they pair Tensai and Santino together after the Slammy's though. I thought they were hysterical. You couldn't have said it better |
