So I have really been getting into customs lately and was wondering before I go order crazy, which heads do and don't work or look good on Mattel bodies.
So far, looks like R3 heads and TTL heads fit to scale but need some work done on the inside of the head to sit correct on the mattel neck.
Looks like CLassis Superstar heads are a bit too big although I have seen many that still look pretty good, but not exact.
Not sure on Rutless Aggression heads.
Was wondering which series to stay away from all together and which work great. Looks like some CS heads are smaller than others and may fit while others don't? Would appreciate any assistance!

All the CS ric flair heads work very well with a terry funk body, also a Barry windham CS head works well with a wade Barrett body,

From what i've seen, RA and classic superstars are hit and miss. Some are in scale and some are to big, and they need modding. I have ruined a couple of heads trying to get them to work so i kinda stay away. But R3 heads are a simple boil and pop, and some ttl as well. I used the r3 flair head on funk body and it was simple. Same with r3 hall, j hardy, and taker.

Jakks' RA/CS style heads were all over the place size wise with no regard for scale. It comes down to individual cases, pretty much.
