Maybe you can run it under hot water, pose it and then instantly put cold water on it and it might take the new shape. I will be posing him in his signature stance anyways so it doesn't bother me. Wouldn't that melt away some designs? Seems kind of risky. I've been swapping parts, etc. with Mattel figures with boiling water and nothing ever melt on me. |

I was really looking forward to seeing pics (let alone HQ ones that have been provided for us, so thanks for that!) of Elite Series 20, both MOC and loose, and I'm pleased with how everything turned out. Christian, Chris Jericho and Santino Marella are all must-buys for my collection. Even though I recently received the BOPPV Christian figure for Christmas, a Flashback E&C Christian will go a long way for me if I can ever track down the Elite 13 Edge Flashback figure to partner with it. And let's just say my launch day Basic 2-Packs Series 1 Jericho and Santino figures could use an update.   I'm on the fence about Cody Rhodes since I don't have an Elite version of him (leaning toward getting it on sale once it hits retail), but I'll likely pass on Cena and Punk as I received their BOPPV and Elite 16 figures (respectively) for Christmas this past year. My take is that Elite 20 doesn't have the star power that the previous assortment had, but there is an understated quality to it that I prefer in that it is quite possibly the best series for all-around Elite upgrades to your collection. Cena and Punk might not necessarily NEED an upgrade with all that they've had as of late, but the majority of the others (including the FB Christian, if you think back to his TTL/R-3 days) have needed new Elite Series figures for quite some time. CM Punk- Awesome figure. Wished it would have came with his grey shirt but hey, no complaints other than that.
Santino- I'm not really all that impressed with the figure, but the cobra is a must have.
John Cena- blah blah blah, shelfwarmer, blah blah blah dented MITB briefcase...
Cody Rhodes- Mattel knocked it outta the park with this one in my opinion. I love this figure and to me this is the highlight of the set.
Christian- AMAZING JOB Mattel! Glad you stuck with the silver glasses for sure. Can't wait to hang him next to my E13 Edge.
Christ Jericho- Loving the jacket and the MOC pose. It would have been even more epic if Mattel would have put him backwards in the packaging!!

There is no way that Punk with that attire and coming only with a title belt justifies RSC $30 price tag.

Just ordered Rhodes gotta have it. I'll be getting Jericho anytime now and I guess Cody late february early march. Both amazing figures.

Of this set, Cody is the only one I will definitely buy. Christian is a maybe and the others are passes because I have enough figures of those wrestlers already.
Overall, looks like the high quality of E19 is carried through with this set. If the trend continues, E21 should be killer, hopefully featuring one or two first time in the elite line figs.

They look ok. I feel like you should be able to move Jericho's arms when he has the entrance gear on.

Jericho looks awesome, the jacket is cool looking and i get that for budget reasons the only way they could make it was that alien rubberplastic.....but it's just so disappointing you won't be able to move his arms in it, for those of us who don't want to display him with his arms out.
Punk comes with a vac-metal belt!!! ;D thats all that matters, the attire is fine.
Santino is very boring, the cobra looks ok, but the figure is just meh. i wanted his white gi-shirt
Christian looks superb, scan is incredible.
Cody's duster is awesome, too bad it isn't a better material. the leg sleeves are garbage, im so sick of those things.
Cena is solid, i like that they "dented" the case, and I'm actually glad we have a short ladder, it's something different. But again, they have to throw his hat, the removeable armband & the pointless dog tags in....so weird. like if the cost of those would equal the cost of even an alien rubberplastic shirt id rather have a shirt or a belt or just anything but ANOTHER Cena hat/dogtag/armband

It most certainty isn't the best set but it's far from the worst either. There are a couple of things that could be better like the head scans on some figures.
However I can't believe some people think they should be loaded with more accessories. We have to remember the costs here. I'm sure Jericho's jacket wasn't cheap to make and the detail on that cobra looks pretty expensive. A larger ladder would of been awesome but no way was Mattel giving a larger ladder, Cena's hat, chain & a briefcase. While I'm sure I and most others could do without the chain & hat it was probably cheaper for Mattel to give him that than a huge ladder and a briefcase.
I'm glad that Jericho's scan looks much better than it did in the other pics we seen. Still not a fan of Cody's scan. Punk isn't my favorite attire choice either but I think everyone got their hopes up way too high hoping for Hitman Punk.
