KOTR 1994 Owen Hart with crown, scepter, and cape would be amazing (yes, I know it will never happen, even if Defining Moments some how miraculously return).
Also, Jericho in street clothes with a Jeri-tron 5000 accessory, from the night he smashed HBK into it would be really, really cool.
