I know it was a TRU exclusive but why are there so few, you can still usually find exclusives on eBay etc but Vince is a tricky one to find. Was there a small limited quantity made or something?
I hate these exclusives, its so hard for international customers to get their hands on them, same with the kmart stage playset.

It was a mail away figure, like the COO HHH. You had to purchase a certain amount of figures, mail in the UPC Codes and receipts, then you would receive him. It also ran for a limited time.

yeah I agree with you. It's a shame that international collectors get screwed over like this :/

To redeem Vince, you had to buy 4 figures instead of 3 for the HHH COO.
The list was strict, I think it was only Elites, Legends and Legends 2-Packs.
For HHH COO, 3 Basics was all you needed.

RSC had a million of them. I bought like 3.
I think COO HHH will be hard to get in 2yrs as well......right now it seem like no-one wants it. Doesn't go for much on eBay. Even tho I actually like it more than the McMahon.

It's also in high demand because it's the only Mattel Vince. I think in general, most people would rather have Triple H in ring gear than COO Triple H.

I just got myn on ebay for 40 bucks plus 6.35 for shipping. Should be here next week. Didnt want to pay that much but hes been going for anywhere from 40 to 70. Most expensive Mattel ive bought so far, easily outbeating the 30 bucks I paid for a MOC Elite 7 Swoggle.

I just don't get it. If you want a Vinny Mac figure, just look at all the jakks figures they made of him. You could probably get one of them very easily, and maybe even a better overall version if you prefer jakks.

McMahon had more strict purchase criteria as opposed to COO HHH. For Vince, you needed 4 figures and it was limited to Elites, Legends, Legends 2-Packs, & Defining Moments. Plus it was restricted to a handful of waves of each of those.
HHH was pretty much any 2012 release (at the time), and you only needed 3 figures.
I remember having to buy Legends I had zero interest in at all just to qualify for Vince because my TRU never got the product shipper for that promo, nor did they really stock anything that qualified at the time.

Yes, it was definitely "harder" to get. It was also the FIRST mail-away exclusive Mattel offered and I don't think it was advertised as much as the HHH. It's just a historic figure and harder to obtain.

It was a mail away and the distribution at the time was really shitty. The rules were also more strict. I'm glad I got mine on Ringside's Black Friday sale for $30 shipped.
