Basic 23 was one of those constant restock holidays sets, at least for Target. I saw it once at Wal-Mart too in one of their shipper cubes. Other than that, I haven't seen the set.
Last month, TRU & Wal-Mart were too busy stocking Best of 2012, while K-Mart got B22.
Now they all have B22, except for Target which has nothing.
I saw B24 in the K-Mart cube for the first time, and have yet to see B25.
B25 is driving me nuts too because I'm looking to grab another Lesnar, Otunga, & Eve to open up for my display.
