Nice work. What heads did you use for Bad News and Barbarian? Both use the Jakks heads, though modified. Bad News's head is a resin cast that i sanded down the dome of a little bit, Barbarian's head is a shrunken Jakks casting. great work....I always loved the rick martel figure, but I felt hasbro was a little lazy with it, your reimagining of it is perfect....

Barbarian should have been made and if it was it wouldn't be as great as your custom.
He could have had a toy as late as the earlier 1993 lines especially with Warlord getting one.
Barbarian was always one of my favorites and had cool outfits. The Jakks Classic was a very poor representation.
