I'm not sure why people are complaining about why they keep restocking more of an awesome figure??

Not complaining about it. It's a figure everyone should have. Hell, I ordered 2 once they listed it. I'm just saying that if it was the "Ringfest Exclusive" then there could be some sort of legal issues in ordering more...Because as a RingFest Exclusive that would mean it was a limited piece only sold at the event and after on their site until the supply ran out. Ordering more of the same exact figure months after the event would dilute the whole "Ringfest" exclusive. I don't remember if it was officially refered to as the "Ringfest" exclusive or just a "Ringside" exclusive...the sticker just says Ringside so maybe they can order more. But if it was listed as the Ringfest figure then maybe they can't? My personal thoughts are they won't...which sucks as I could use another just for the titles and torso.

Well if they were selling the RSC Austin on their site as well as whatever "event" they were at then who really cares if they get more in. If RSC wants to order more of this figure I commend them. Anyways, we already have Austins in the Mattel line that look very similar so I dont see the big deal here anyway.

Yeah, I don't blame you. What a major kick in the balls to those that paid the higher price.

While I can't blame you, it's a case of supply and demand. If they purchased 1000 at a set price they sell it to you for X. If they are able to purchase another 100 but have to pay more for it they sell it to you for X with a 30% mark up or more. On the other hand, if they sell a ton in a short amount of time and end up with only a few left, and the supplier says they aren't sure if they'll make more or not, the value goes up so the price goes up with it. If people are going to buy 10 at a time and farm 9 of them to ebay when it sells out for stupid prices, why not cash in on it? I'm not saying don't be mad, but this is business and sometimes it isn't fair. Hate the game, not the player.

That's exactly what I was saying. It has nothing to do with supply and demand...but people feeling as if they were lied to or ripped off. It was promoted as the "Ringfest Exclusive" with the remaining being offered on their website after. Well that means there shouldn't have been any B/O, because once that supply was sold out...that should have been it. But by ordering more now it's NOT what it was promoted as being. Which was a limited event (Ringfest) exclusive. People went to RF just to buy that figure because of it's exclusiveness and now by RS ordering more it"s going to piss people off who thought they were buying an event exclusive. It doesn't phase me, but I think from a business move it was a mistake on RS for restocking it because it will have ruffled more feathers then it's worth by ordering more.

Here's a quick question for you guys who order from RSC frequently: If I preorder this Austin tonight, will they wait to charge my card till they actually ship the item to me, or do they charge it as soon as you order, regardless of if the item is in stock or not? It's tough to beat that price for that figure with those amazing belts.

I have funds coming from my tax refund, but I would like to keep the limited money I have now in my pocket and not held up on a pre-order... as much as I love RSC and all.
