his is my first attempt at a jakks or mattel scale sculpt of any kind. Owen Hart around his wrestlemania 10 day. I got the idea for this attepmt yesterday in a post by huskie 123 asking about a good base for a Owen head, I went through my stuff and found this one figured I give it try. I have no real idea what I plan on doing with this head sculpt, Like I said I just wanted to make it to test myself. There are a few imperfections some factory made and some of my own I know I need to fix, but I wanted to ask you guys if you think you see enough promise in it for me to even continue putting work in on it? Hahahaha and I know you guys will have no problem letting me know either way good or bad. Thanks for taking the time to look and hopefully comment. .. Sorry I am the worst picture taker on the forum if not the world.  |

Side views I can kind of see owen, but front view just doesn't work for me and I'm not sure why just something about it

I could see it working. The side views are fantastic. The eyebrows (I can't see them) may be what is throwing it off on the front view. Well done, I like it.

Yeah I have not painted them on under the bangs yet, wasn't sure if it would make it better or worse. I respect your opinion power but I do think this works better than von erich.

that own head is bad, the hair looks just smushed on his head. the straight yellow paint is bad too, never use yellow as blonde.

Dude do you know what your like? Your that guy that used to get all kinds of girls back in the day but has put on 300 pounds since and hasn't even seen cooze ever since. Yet he insists on hanging around singles bars and telling people who are doing their thing how they should be doing it or insisting on telling stories of their glory days or showing pics of girlfriends long gone. The fact is that even if the other dudes are taking ugly fat girls home at least they are trying and doing something. I respect what you did years ago but now your just the sad angry dude lurking on this site destroying everybody and living off the past. Keep crapping on me if it helps you sleep at night, but I am not gonna stop trying just because your a super dick who looks like an half amish porky pig and thinks everyone should bow down. Oh and it is not straight yellow so save your advice wrapped in a insult I don't want nothing from you.

Bearer looks cool! The face, the hands, the outfit all look amazing. The WWF Royal Rumble ring I just bought for displays came with a mini Paul Bearer.

I definitely could see that Owen head working. Like someone else said, the profile works more than the front view for me, but it's hard to put my finger on why exactly.
The Bearer sculpt is very good. If his eyes more open and bugged out it would take it up a notch just a little bit.
Nice work all around.
