I am saddened that WrestleMania's 30th Anniversary won't be at the Arena where it all began.
However, I have a love affair with the birthplace of Bebop Jazz so I am overjoyed that such an amazing city is continuing to rise from what was believed to be it's watery grave.
For now though, I'm keeping my eyes to March 29th's horizon.
Onward to Glory. Move Fiercely to Revelry. Forward to Immortality. Steadfast to Self-Certainly.
Let us run & dance our way down the road to the 29th edition of WRESTLE!!! MANIA!!!

But sometimes, your posts will leave me like this --> This was one of those times.

Well I hope WWE really rethinks this considering the power just crapped the bed during the biggest event on earth.

Surprised at the MSG comments. WrestleMania just had a 78,000 attendance. Why would WWE put on their biggest show of the year in a 20,000 seat arena?

Fantastic decision. Should be a great atmosphere, providing the power doesn't go out.

Holy shit. Yes. That's probably the closest it will ever come to me unless they have one in St. Louis. I'm so going!

Why everyone wants places it's been before is beyond me. Hell, if we'rsuggesting it going to arenas, why not Wells Fargo Center? Get just as many people as MSG there, and since a city apparently absolutely must have wrestling ties [dunno who made that rule ] Philly has a rich history with ECW. AND we cover a place it's been before. 3 birds, one shot. Psssh. Give somewhere a chance that hasn't had it yet. As mentioned, LA gets SummerSlam every single year, no way WM should ever go back there unless they move SummerSlam for that year.

"Hurr hurr power went out!" If that happens at WM, you wouldn't think anything went wrong.

I like New Orleans for WM30, now here's hoping for 31 in Chicago! Soldier Field would be amazing. and freezing cold...it would more likely be at Toyota Park anyways

I can guarantee that WWE will throw jabs at what happened tonight in future programming; WMXXIV's power outage being their backup at "going on with the show" no matter what happens. ...I still want the Superdome to host a WrestleMania.

Soldier Field would be amazing. and freezing cold...it would more likely be at Toyota Park anyways They would absolutely be at Soldier Field. Toyota Park wouldn't even be an option. But I can't picture them coming to Chicago outdoors. My first thought when the power went out tonight was, "I would hope that doesn't hurt there chances of hosting WM."

Soldier Field would be amazing. and freezing cold...it would more likely be at Toyota Park anyways You're right on the freezing but if they had it outdoors, I don't think it'd be at Toyota Park, it sits less than half of what the stadiums they host Wrestlemania in (yes I know there's floor seating as well but even the floor size is smaller)

Meh, I kind of figured it wouldn't be at Cowboys Stadium, but was hoping nonetheless. Maybe They'll host WrestleMania 31!

What the history does New Orleans have with wrestling? typical Vince putting money first So dumb. Oh GOD.. You didn't really just say that did you. I truly hope your joking or just a kid who knows nothing about Pro Wrestling and it's history. See the Gentlemen below. They not only won The First Jim Crockette Sr Memorial Tag Team Tournament but also the NWA World Tag Titles at the Superdome.
