No sign of Johnny, but I got a Teddy set through my friend (who found it at a local TRU).

Quail Springs TRU is dry. They have Punk Macho two pack...that's pretty cool. I went ahead and picked up Ricardo BAF Miz, so if anyone sees that Punk or HBK let me know. All the metro targets havr completely taken down their basics and elites so maybe a new display soon? All the wal-marts around have plenty of E19 still. Crossroads has nada, but going back to check Nompton TRU maybe tonight. Want that big Johnny set!!! Updated frpm my phone so my bad for spelling or frammar.

Nice, I need an Orton to complete my MOC Teddy set. He wasn't there yesterday.
Shawnee Kmart claims they have nothing in the form of elites. Called them instead of wasting gas lol
Still no sight of big Johnny set outside of the Sheamus I saw once at Crossroads, but I've seen nothing since two weeks ago or so.

going to tru on staurday to see what they have but, on the elite 20 subject that was in england no the u.s.a and when they show up probly late march or early april and they will be in walmart first from my sightings as walmarts on fire with restocking they have overpowerd tru by restocking faster and better

I got that Randy Orton at Norman TRU, and contemplated getting the rest of the set .. but I held off. I'll probably regret it later on.
I ended up being late for work tonight because of it, since I made a detour to pick it up. lol

Nice. Hope your job is understanding. I know it's not a store finding, but I picked up L6 Eddie loose with undisputed title on Ebay for 15 including shipping. I dont collect any moc so that's a good deal. Not big on MOC...they're toys, they need to be opened up. I used to have quite a bit MOC stuff (marvel legends, star wars) that my ex wife hated because the packaging took up so much room. By the time I was able to sell it all prices had shot down. The way I see it, I like arranging them on the shelves, taking them down, looking at them, playing with them with my kids. Open those things up!

Oh and I was gonna say...thinking of biting the bullet and getting the best of Johnny set on ebay. Just don't think I can compete with the scalpers on that one.

Those Johnny sets will probably flood stores soon enough and we won't be able to get rid of them... Aside from the Christian figures.
I usually end up opening my MOC toys sooner or later. We live in a small apartment for the time being so I just keep them out of sight in the closet for now. As my son gets older there will be no such thing as MOC since everything will be getting opened and played with.

just went to tru today i could not go on friday and thats when they restock well they had 2 delrios and 2 zigglers from baf teddy i picked up ziggles and they also had elite 19 zigller nothing much.

I saw that Swagger basic last time I was there... I would have bought it to do the exact same thing, but I don't have an elite Swagger, and buying one (the WM one, anyway) would cost an arm and a leg. lol Looks good man. Was there a new shelf tag that stated a longer end date for the sale on elites? 3/2 (today) was supposed to be the last day. I guess the person I talked to on the phone either didn't have a clue, outright lied to me (about having nothing in stock), or they put them out throughout the day. Likely the first two options. |

I've only made the Tulsa trip once but my buddy may want to drive up there while the Kmart sale goes on until 3/23 since you guys have more Kmarts up there than we have around here. ya we have a couple k-marts but only 1 tru and a bunch of walmarts like 3-4. but never come on moday tuesday or saturday those are crap day at tru

TRU stores should be resetting across the country at various time periods this month. Was told this by one of the TRU assistant managers. WWE should be getting a bit more room since they are the #2 selling brand in toys at the current time (from what I've read). Likely another 2 foot or 4 foot section in the aisle, which will hopefully mean more room for elites... but likely more room for basics and brawling buddies.  |
