CM Punk Possibly Injured By The Miz At House Show

When people get pushed, fans get behind the character. - And as much as the people on here take pride in being "smart" the reality of it is they're fans getting behind someone the WWE is pushing.

At the time Miz came off a great U.S title run, won money in the bank and was a great heel. He beat Randy Orton for the title and the fans happen to be in to him. He sucked in the ring but was a great character.

As his push declined so did the fan base, simple as.
And the only reason people are saying he shouldn't be in there is because this is the second time he has potentially injured someone.

Like anybody here, i am hoping for CM PUNK to be okay, but accidents happen so i am not blaming the miz even though it was his fault, accidents do happen. Its all part of the game of wrestling, and those who hate miz already are gonna take this sad opportunity to bash miz, I say save it.

It actually went up the opposite way with me. You could go back and see posts of me showing my dislike towards him, except when he teamed with Morrison ( where I said it wouldn't be good if it wasn't for Morrison). Miz pretty much made me get interested. I gotta say I just despise him as a face though.

On topic, like it has been said, accidents happen. We should all just hope Punk is in a good condition and, if he did get injured, that he heals quickly.

I like how one here when somebody gets injured, instead of saying "hope *injured wrestler* is alright," everybody decides to bash the wrestler who they automatically blame for it.

On that note, I hope Punk's alright.

Eh didn't see it so no one knows who's at fault so I'm going to reserve judgement and just say I hope it's just an instance of Punk getting his bell rung.

I'm a huge Punk fan, and I'm also a fan of the Miz.
It could have just been an incident OR it could have been CM Punk arsing around, at the last house show I went to Ryback gorilla pressed Punk, when Ryback had him up Punk lifted his arms up in a "surfing" pose, leading to Ryback almost dropping him.

I'm not one to go all off on how unprofessional that was, because if the camera's were off me then I'd be one to have a mess around and a joke, and pander to the crowd even as a heel to get a cheap laugh and to send everyone home happy. But its incidents like that, where people get hurt, and its usually guys like Miz (or Ryback if an accident had occured at this time) who take the crapfor it, mainly because WWE wouldn't want a top guy to have to admit he was dicking around in a match.

let me just say again, I AM NOT BASHING CM PUNK.
Seriously he's my favourite guy in the E atm, I'm just making a statement.

Because Punk has never botched.....
I'm not the Miz's #1 fan, but everybody s up now and then. Good to see nothing serious with Punk though

i dont care if it was Miz, Ryback, Yoshi Tatsu or Bo Dallas.
accidents have happened in wrestling, hell cody rhodes took a bad back bodydrop last year and missed over a month! its just part of the game, people who are blaming Miz for LOSING HIS BALANCE....(you know, something that happens to EVERY HUMAN BEING EVER) while trying to hit a move are simply looking for a reason to say "Bah Miz Suckssssss!!!"

In defense of WF -- as someone who disliked Miz in 2011 and only began to tolerate him later on -- Miz was doing his best work then and has seen his workrate fall of dramatically. His shtick has gone stale fast and his matches have been very repetitive and dull. Really, I don't think he's had an enjoyable, memorable match since he fought Cena at Mania.
