Two main reasons....
1) Because Mattel has said WWE would not allow them to make anything with Barbwire.
2) Because you made this thread, instead of using one of the other many thread available to ask this question.

Because WWE is PG. Simple is that. I would loved to have it in there but it just can't happen. When they change their rating to NC-17 then we'll get some barbed wire accessories in WWE product -Trevor Ringside

Jakks did make A LOT of barbed wire bats. No reason you can't just use those.

You could always get the 20-piece accessory set from Ringside. You get a barbed wire bat, a table, a chair and some other goodies. Only thing is I'm not sure if it's in scale with Mattel's stuff.

Honestly, who cares? Jakks released about 100 figures that came with a barbwire bat. I have a billion of those things laying around somewhere.

So they can't do ONE accessory, big deal not worth crying about. It comes with 3 other good accessories and the figure is just great
