Yeah, they were trying to make versions that were not like the CS Jakks figures. that's why the Legends line failed

I like the one they finally made, but i do think the camo is better suited.

What Mattel should have done was make Sarge in his black/camo gear for the Kmart HOF series and the same could have been said for a barefooted Snuka.

If only Sarge was in camo and Snuka had bare feet, the line would have been a great success? Please. Most of the figures they did make WERE in their iconic attires. And I don't hear anybody ever bitching about the LOD being in their Road Warriors attire. So two attires that were different that the norm are what killed the line? Sadly, all their classic lines didn't sell enough - Legends, Entrance Greats, Defining Moments - and a lot of us loved them all. What Mattel should have done was make Sarge in his black/camo gear for the Kmart HOF series and the same could have been said for a barefooted Snuka. This I agree with totally. Those HOF figs were just a waste of time and space. They helped kill the Legends line. There was no point in them and no one wanted them. I don't know what Mattel was thinking.

Another reason was they were Elite bodied whereas CS figures were RA bodied and didn't have a high price point

At first I really didn't like this attire at all, but it has grown on me over the years. I like how colorful my 80s display is, and this figure really stands out.
