An ambulance match seems possible only because they were asking for suggestions on how they could make one last year. Other than that, I don't see any other new match types.

I'm hoping for 2v2v2 matches. I don't know why they were taken out in the first place.

Yes, bring them back, hopefully with Normal, Tornado, TLC variations & Hell in a Cell.
I never understood why that match was taken out, I've wanted to do it so many times over the years.
I understand with eight man tags and the like.

I've always wanted to do classic 5 on 5 Survivor Series matches. Even if they can't have all 10 guys out there, why couldn't they do it like they did the WarGames Match in WWE 12's story mode? When someone is eliminated, have the next person come out. I think it would be a nice addition.

I wonder what Arenas we will get.
Raw, NXT, Main Event, Superstars, SmackDown!
Extreme Rules, Over the Limit, No Way Out, Money in the Bank, Summerslam, Night of Champions, Hell in a Cell, Survivor Series, T.L.C., Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, WrestleMania 29
I imagine we will get some classic arenas too, especially if there is another attitude era mode again.
Maybe ECW, WCW or TTTT default arenas. Plus classic Raw and SmackDown.
I'd love if we got a few Arenas like Vengeance, Backlash and Armageddon in the game.
I hope the create an arena mode (if still in... probably is) is improved as I found logos were always too small for the ring/parts of the arena and they would become pixelated when made to be the size of the apron. Hoping for some apron designs that fit on perfectly, I've made Raw and Smackdown house shows and would love to use the actual aprons instead of a sloppy logo job.

The part that I agree with the most is the logos. They need to have hi-res images IF they're gonna provide us with template/default logos. I couldn't stand using the mode because the ECW logo, for example, when enlarged to a size where it fits on the ring-canvas is blurred. HI RES TEXTURES PLEASE, we're on the next gen era...

There was something that I was thinking that I would like to see in WWE 2K14 or any future WWE games. On Raw and Smackdown, some of the superstars had their own specific animated nameplate. For instance, Mark Henry had weights, Undertaker had a graveyard theme for his nameplate, Swagger had the "Don't Tread on Me" flag, and the champions had their championship on their nameplate. Even though it is a little detail, I would like to see it being implemented into the games as it would make the game more realistic and have a good presentation based on the real-life WWE product. I think they said last year that they didn't have time to implement it because of time constraints or something like that, hopefully they added it this year. Also, how come during entrances the WWE Logo isn't in the bottom left hand corner like in real programming? It's also a small detail, but it really helps in the presentation. |

I'm downloading all of the sources right now, and I noticed something with Jericho's. I spotted this before on a recent 8x10, but they're editing out his tattoos. Like the way they would with Punk's or Lesnar's sponsor logos. That leaves me thinking that he might not ever have them included on him in the game. It's weird, because they're even getting rid of the Fozzy 'F' on his hand now too. Then again, for whatever reason, they also blurred his nipples in the photo so who knows...

I recently got NBA 2k13 and if WWE 2K14 is anything like that, this game is going to be insanely good. First 2K Sport game and good lord is it good. High hopes for the next few years.
