I'm actually enjoying Defend the Streak more than Defeat the Streak. Both are really fun, but Defeat seems like cheap AI. I don't know what would satisfy me, maybe if there were set points (eg. after you hit your first or second finisher, trying to superplex him) where reversal cutscenes ensue, but it feels like more of a chore to last long rather than a challenge. Plus I'm a fan of "beat-em-ups" which is essentially what Defend is.

For PS3 is anyone else having trouble body slamming at WM1 it will only do a DDT Yup. Andre didn't do a body slam once in 6 minutes. Even after I had Studd in critical. |

Some things I have noticed:
The punch/kick animation is very fast and seems out of place. The grapple move animations are great though.
The AI has GREATLY improved and is actually quite challenging.
I had a few glitches where I would hit a move and then be unable to punch or kick while standing. I was also doing a tag match with Bret Hart/Undertaker vs. HBK/Diesel in universe which saw HBK turn on Diesel in the match and walk away......however the animation showed him beating up Bret Hart.

This place isn't as bad as others, but the complaining about the fact that there wasn't any day one DLC bugs me. People are making it out like we've been lied to, and that we were mislead, especially on the Season Pass Outsiders.
You would think that the way things were handled leading up to the release would have been a big enough clue for people: 2K handles things differently than THQ did, and it would have been safe to assume DLC would be included in that.

I guess this isn't a big deal but it really annoyed me last night. I was creating stables and tag teams and the first one I made was Evolution. When I saw that they took out the Evolution theme, titantron, and preset entrance. That makes no sense to me. Last year we had it and we didn't even have Flair or Batista. I get it's not huge I just can't see a reason to justify taking it out. Maybe I'm wrong and am just passing over it.

I preordered WWE 2K14 in-store at Walmart so I could get the Ultimate Warrior but I can't find the code for him. All that's on the preorder card is a Wal-mart item code which is a pin-number. Has anybody else had this problem yet?

There was no official announcement on whether it was Evolution or Legacy, just that it could be used for either group really. |
