..RA started in 2002
ttl never really ended, thinking about Backlash and Off The Ropes
resuming I recognized that the TTL body where much more stable than RA ..thinking about joints getting loose because of broken joint-parts inside.
I still customize broken RA's to TTL-Bodys

There was some overlap. I remember a series of two packs, several of them were RA, several were TTL.

There was some overlap. I remember a series of two packs, several of them were RA, several were TTL. Yep there was. TTLs were included in RA lines, and the only R3s that were included in RA lines were CS1 Andre and RA 8.5/Adrenaline 1 Big Show. TTLs were all over the RA line in the beginning, but mostly with PPV and Wrestlemania sets. Example: Wrestlemania 20 Series 1 Two Packs: Edge/Christian (both TTL) Lesnar/Angle (Both RA) HBK/Austin (HBK RA, Austin TTL) Also Bad Blood PPV Series 1 had a TTL Flair and Triple H

A PPV series based off of SummerSlam 2003 had a TTL Triple H. A Bad Blood one had Edge as TTL as well if I remember correctly.
There's more, as others have said, then some strange ones where a few Adrenaline releases had TTL arms on RA bodies (Luther Reigns, Sylvain Grenier in La Resistance and John Cena - SS03)

Time for some Titan Tron History!
TTL ended late into 2001 as the main line, going as far as to put a "last of tron" sticker on TTL13. The core series only went from late 1999 to 2001.
After that, in 2002, R3 took over. TTLs existed concurrently through store exclusive sets like the Ringside Rivals 2-packs, boxsets, Off the Ropes, etc. They even split the Draft sets to have both R3 and TTL. R3 bombed, so they scrapped it entirely by the end of the same year.
RA1 was available online for the holiday season in late 2002. In 2003, they began mixing in RA with TTL in specialty sets like Raw X, Raw Uncovered, and boxsets like Training Day (which had trainer TTL Al Snow and RA Rock/Austin/Steiner), and many of the PPV sets. You can still find TTLs in most of the PPV sets in 2003, in fact.
CS1's MOC images were unveiled on New Year's Day in 2004. There, we saw R3 Andre, TTL Undertaker, RA HHH, RA HBK, RA Warrior, RA Hart. They later repainted TTL5 Undertaker for CS3.
After that came the infamous Chinese New Year, when Jakks reused unjointed early-era TTL arms on some of their Adrenaline Figures (John Cena's RA Survivor Series figure in 2003 had TTL arms, too) and cited "Chinese New Year" as the reason, which seemed incredibly random. It became a board meme for whenever something went sour from proto to final product.
During all this time, Jakks are still releasing TTL figures in the Backlash series, and they later did a few boxsets that were just RA heads on generic bodies. For this reason, TTL never truly ended until when the lost the license in 2009, but truthfully, it ended in 2003 in terms of having relevant presence.
In summary, you have from late 1999 to late 2001 for the main TTL line. Then you have 2002-2003 for the side series' and integrated lines. By 2004, those either ended or like Off the Ropes, got taken over by RA entirely.

You're very welcome! BCA and TTL were my childhood; I'm a bank of useless Jakks trivia, haha.
